Great location! Clean and spacious room with Kitchen.

Les mecanisme des fenêtres sont brisés ,fenêtres ouvre pas,climatisation s,arrête tout le temps tout seul,pas de comptoir dans salle d,eau,pas de ventilation salle d,eau,ventilation salle de bain hyper bruyant,manque de vaiselles ,ustensiles pour enfant,lave vaiselle bruyant,manque support pour serviettes, des crochet ,reparer les cadre de porte brisé,,porte patio moustiquaire, ect...une mise a niveau s,impose ,matelas défoncés,

The condo was very nice. We cooked our dinner for two night. Very convient. It was pity that the weather was not warm enough to go swim.

Trés belle place centrale pour visiter le Saguenay et lac st-Jean. L'endroit est très calme, et les logements spacieux et bien équipés.

Beau site, beaucoup d'activités sur place. Pas de service de ménage entre les 2 nuits, on doit réutiliser les serviettes 2 fois ? Pas d'essuie-tout dans la cuisine, matelas de faible qualité et creusés on se réveille avec un mal de dos. Si on parlais de 100$ par nuit ça peut passer mais pour 5 250.00$ l'administration devrait faire un petit effort pour nous donner le goût de retourner !

Nice hotel by its type. You’re in a condo. They have thought about everything; from the parking in front of your little house to the roof over one of your table to eat outdoor in case of a rainy day. A wonderful view on the big Lac St-Jean. They have a big Marina, laundry room, camping, pool, beach. It’s located in the woods near downtown Alma without the noise of a city. Calm and beautiful. Greatest experience so far.

The chalet was amazing. The comfort of the rooms excellent. Did not spend time in the resort during the day, the beach is basic..no chairs, or activities, the swimming pool for babies and the mini golf basic. A really nice patio and sentiers to take walks and bike rides. Within an hour there is rafting, via Ferrata and museum of the Fjord, Chicoutimi walk by the river amazing. ...there are opportunities of activities in the area.

Nice condo with a full kitchen and lots of space. Enjoy our stay and being able to cook some of our meals when away from home is a real plus. Lots of activities and things to do on site and nearby. We will come back again next time we are visiting family and friend in the Lac St-Jean area. Not the fastest Wi-Fi but it worked.

It was one of the best anniversaries. I recommend it.

We came at a very slow time, so practically had the place to ourselves and the Fall colors were spectacular. It was very peaceful and quiet when we were there -- Of course, everything was closed up and finished so we didn't really get to use many amenities, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our suite. The staff was very helpful also.

I stayed in condo 14 with my mother and my two sons - it was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were great, with down comforters, and I liked the tasteful, modern decor. We had a view of the water and a nice place to make a fire outdoors. I highly recommend Dam en Terre to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. We rented bikes (you can ride the Véloroute des Bleuets right from the resort, enjoyed the beach and pool, and went on a cruise on Lac St. Jean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only recommendation for the resort would be to add healthier choices to their restaurant.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen - low price. Easy access and parking in quiet area away from traffic. Big screen TV with satellite programming.

What I didn't know is that you are sharing facilities with a camp ground. Its a bit of walk to the beach and pool both of which are in the camp ground. The "pool" is a clean-ish wading pool for kids - it was never clear if you needed to pay extra or get a writs band or what have you - the staff never said. The map they provide you with isn't clear either. Beautiful scenery but not much else to recommend the town or place.

I was there on a business trip with my team - really relaxing location for clear our mind and get some rest after long hours of work. I enjoyed it so much that I will def. come back on a personal trip!
