Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return I stayed in a room with two small beds, one over the other (bunk bed style). While that wasn’t an issue, the room had a very unpleasant, sweaty odor that made the stay uncomfortable. I’m not sure if this is typical for the place or something I just didn’t understand about their setup, but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We stay at Arena Lodge every time we visit Flims as the location of the hotel right opposite the Ski lift is perfect for such a reasonable price. The hotel has all the facilities you need including ski room/ boot room, free on-site parking and a lovely bar area where we were able to eat our take-away food and enjoy a drink and bar snacks. My only negatives were that the bed was a little hard, an extra pillow would have been great and we could hear people in the corridors, but for the price and location we really can't complain.

On a business in Europe I made a last minute decision to go snowboarding in Flims / Laax over the weekend, meeting a friend there. Check in was easy, very friendly owner. We parked out front to unload gear and was then given a key to access the hotel's garage. Room was spacious despite being their smaller option with bunk beds. Nice balcony, warm room. Would recommend for a younger crowd (I am 31). Hotel is attached to a bar and club where locals and tourist alike party deep into the night. Some noise from this but did not bother me. Also had access to a sauna and steam room until 8pm, very nice after a long day on the mountain. Can't beat the location, directly across from the main gondola for Flims. We lucked out with great conditions both days.

Excellent location and a really nice property. The family rooms were tiny though and very expensive for backpacker style accommodation. Walls to the next room paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbour is doing.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung der Hotelzimmer ist einzigartig, mal was anderes! Tolle Lounge mit Büchern und Billardtisch. Die Bergbahnen und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und viele Restaurants und ein Kino in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gratis Parkplätze hat es auch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

From check in to leaving I was made to feel extremely welcome. Great staff in both the hotel and the bars. Arena bar is a great place to grab a drink and meet the locals and Louise makes a great Long Island. Perfect location for the lifts in the morning and apres in the afternoon at rockys bar Rocky f*@king loves you is the motto and that’s just how they make you feel! Cold beer and great food served with a smile. Cheers lads see you next session. Rooms are great and company themed so each is different in its own style. I can highly recommend this places both for staying or just visiting for food and drinks

Excellent location (not ski in - ski out but very close to it - 100m to lifts). Fantastic service / staff - max helpful, friendly (they try to help and often do). Breakfast not good (we chose the bakery on the corner). Some of the rooms (1-4) are to be avoided but the rest are very good (we, family of 4, stayed on the 3rd floor and were happy).

Location, location, location! Right at the bottom of the ski lift and piste. Super nice reception peeps. Rooms are simple but clean and not loud at all as some reviewers raved about. Yummy breakfast before hitting the slopes. Crossaints are the bomb!

Friendly Staff. Very nice rooms decoration with several themes and location very close to skylift.

Quiet 1 night stay in September.

Great location next to the tram station. Comfortable place with creative room decors. Best place in Flims
