This is a hostel, not a hotel. There is no elevator and your room could be on the 3rd floor. That was the 1st shocking impression/reality but the place grows on you... the place is a grand old house in a very quaint part of town with cobblestone roads, very accessible to most places to visit; and the staff (specially Vania!) were all very pleasant, professional and willing to help. They are the ones that make the difference in this place. Other things to keep in mind... no central electric heating or AC; they have gas units; and their breakfast is VERY basic... all in accordance with being a hostel.
