Overall the room was fine. The room was clean, the bed was a bit noisy but fairly comfortable. While the towels might be clean, they don't look clean. They are old. There is a central hallway and people need to be reminded to be quiet after hours, voices carry into the rooms.

The parking lot was not good but it was a terrible winter. No vending machines that worked. Room was very clean and bed was great.

Room was warm and clean. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, black mold in the tub and rust on lighting fixture.

Fridge is making a lot of noise at night,soap is so bad and small and toilet seems is leaking,the rest are perfect.

The hotel was very dirty, had to wipe toilet before using. Hinge of toilet seat caked with dirt and what not. Lamps and plugs full of grime. Towels were grey in colour was supposed to be white. Bedding was stained and actually dirty. Friut flies. Bed was rock hard.

Good customer service, friendly and accommodating. Renovations were nice, comfy bed.

The owner was great.. let us in our room 6 hours early at no extra cost..

The room may have been cold when we first got there but the staff were amazing and accommodating to our needs. It was a nice place all around though.

Clean/modern

The room was fine, could use another lamp. The biggest thing I had a problem with was having to brew the coffee on the floor as there was no extension cord of any kind and the cord on the coffeemaker was wayyy too short. Also, if you want to take a bath, bring your own plug.

Check in was forced to pay the entire price again even though I already payed a deposit when I booked, had proof I only had half remaining to be paid was told nope didn’t matter. Had to pay whole thing get it back from Expedia. Room was subpar , when you opened the door there was literally no space between the door and the bed, it rubbed along the bed. Small pasta mark on the bed spread which was gross but too late to do anything about, a lot of dust around, tv remote didn’t work to adjust volume and channels. All in all not the best experience. Would give it maybe a 3 out of 5

Room spotless + comfortable…all good, except a cap was left behind, our fault…a souvenir from Alaska. Please put it in a safe place awaiting our next visit. Thankyou SO much. Looking forward to our next visit…The Andersons

Overall stay

The receptionist told us to wait in the cold for 5 minutes before coming to open the door. The receptionist took my credit card and wrote down all the information on. He said it was for safety deposit. I just hope that my credit card is not been compromised.
