Location was very good.

Was concerned when fire alarm went off and nobody was checking on the guest that didn’t exit their rooms. There was an actual fire in a room. Was got under control but safety procedures should have been followed.

Sketchy characters all around the building. Looks like they rent rooms full time to people, bikers in lawn chairs, broken dismantled air conditioners on ground plus an old mattress and boxspring burnt in a fire leaned up against the building near our room

Easy access and friendly staff

The cleanliness of the room could have used improvement. Noticed dust and hair in bathroom corners and the bedspread had questionable stains on it. The tub was missing the plug and the gap in the entry door had a noticeable gap. Was ok for us in June but might be an issue in January. I did appreciate being able to park the car directly by the door which made transporting bags to the room very convenient. The staff were pleasant and helpful and followed through on my requests promptly. Didn’t expect a 5 star hotel at a budget price. It met our needs.

Towels were dingy and stained but smelt clean. Floor appeared clean but my socks after a short time were very dirty. Bedding was ok, staff friendly

Faucets need change and baseboard need cleaning.

The floors were very dirty , bath tub and shower curtain had grease stains on them

Fast service

Room was clean walls were def soundproof didn't hear a peep. I'd go back and the stay for the night was cheap.

Close to shopping, we only had 1 light that worked, tv didn’t work. This is a motel that people live in the rooms.

Area full of crack heads

Check-in was odd, you had to call the attendant from a phone booth outside to be let into the check-in desk. The room was cold, with the heater not working. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling of the room, as well as the bathroom counter being broken in half, and hanging from the wall. The outlet in the bathroom was cracked in half as well and seemed like a safety hazard.
