Fantastic Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I will be going back again.

All staff were so friendly and effcient

Hotel is walking distance to St Helier as long as you don't mind the up hill bit in the return, nice grounds, clean carpets and excellent waiting staff who couldn't be more polite. The hotel must be fairly old, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and you can hear other rooms along with creaky floor boards which spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay.

A friendly hotel, staff always had a smile on their face and were determined to make your stay a great experience.

I liked the restful ambience but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very dated and need upgrading. The shower water pressure was non-existent.

Staff absolutely wonderful. It was like being in a family. Nothing was too much trouble. From now on when I come to Jersey to see my family I will satay at this hotel.

The grounds are really good and the swimmimg pool is a generous size.

A bit old fashioned but clean, staff very friendly, very good breakfast and single room had everything I needed. Good value for the price

The breakfast was extremely good. The gardens are beautiful and the complimentary bus to St Helier was excellent.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Nice outdoor pool and seating. Shower temperature was a bit random though :-) Not really walkable to town centre due to hill, but they do have a bus service. And parking is only about £1 an hour in town if you drive

The rooms are very dated the pool area is lovely and the grounds are very nice.

Broken window that wouldnt shut. Bathroom sliding door wouldnt close. Hot water tap in sink didnt work.

The staff at the hotel were super, whether that was reception or restaurant staff. However, the hotel is tired and old and in need of redecoration. The bedroom was very dated and the bed that i had, had a huge dip in the middle. The shower room was serviceable but very basic. I could hear the person in the next room snoring which was a bit disconcerting. The outside area is in complete contrast and is super, with a lovely pool area for the summer months. The breakfast was nice but again somewhat basic, only filter coffee on offer but the poached eggs were cooked to perfection.

Lovely grounds, comfortable bed, very good breakfast choices, very good staff. Beautiful dog in house. Bathroom tiny, shower curtain wraps around you standing in the bath. Rooms on the small side. Very noisy around pool at weekends. Last bus is 18.30
