Had a great stay here. Location is amazing, you’re walking distance from many restaurants and the area is safe. The person who checked us in was so nice and always checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. Best part is you can do laundry so you don’t come back home with wet/ dirty clothes.

An oasis in the middle of La Fortuna! Once you walk through the gate you feel like you're in a safe, secluded place. Everything was super clean and quiet. Having laundry machines was a huge bonus. Easy check-in. Great dining options nearby (walkable).

This place is great! I would definitely stay here again! It’s clean, safe, easy to check into, close to tour meeting points, restaurants and markets, but far enough to be quiet.

This hotel is wonderful and will definitely stay here again when I come back to La Fortuna. It is in a great location, close to tour pickup places and the main park, but far enough away from the main streets to be quiet. The room was clean and I appreciated that the laundry facilities were free to use.

A really lovely hotel located in La Fortuna and within easy walking distance to the central square and surrounding bars and restaurants. Parking outside was useful as we had a car to access all the nearby attractions. Room itself was clean, modern and comfortable and there are shared kitchen facilities available too. Great communication. Would recommend this hotel.

We had flight cancellation and we arrived one day later. Raul was in touch with us all the time. He scheduled and rescheduled our tours more than once. He was amazing. Suwa is close to the best restaurants and commerce. They offer free coffee and water in the room and laundry. You also can use the full equipped kitchen. I deeply recommend Suwa Village Arenal

We had an absolutely stunning stay at this villa it truly exudes a calming, zen vibe from the moment you arrive. The space is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is remarkable. We were warmly greeted with refreshing little coconuts filled with water, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch. The garden is beautiful and earthy, creating a peaceful oasis that adds to the overall serenity of the place. Plus, with great restaurants just a short walk away, everything you need is within easy reach. Honestly, it felt like a little piece of heaven. Highly recommend!

Suwa Villa Arenal was an absolute gem—beautiful, cozy, and just the right mix of luxurious and down-to-earth. We were greeted with fresh coconut water (loved that touch!), and the whole vibe felt super thoughtful and well put together. The villa had everything we needed: a full shared kitchen, on-site laundry with Tide Pods, even little things like disposable razors. The only thing missing was lotion, but honestly, everything else was so complete it didn’t matter. The property only has six villas, so it feels intimate and peaceful. There's a jacuzzi and fire pit for guests, plus each room has its own little patio with chairs. I appreciated the organic and natural products used throughout ♥ Netflix was already logged in on the TV, and water in the minibar was free and restocked daily. It’s just a short walk (200 meters!) from the town with food, shops, and excursions—though Uber is insanely cheap if you're not feeling the walk. And I can’t forget the hosts—they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Suwa was perfect. Would absolutely stay again. ALSO I stayed at Baldi Hot Springs Resort, and honestly? Suwa Villa is 10x better. Baldi is great for a day pass to enjoy the springs, but the rooms there are pricey and not worth it.

My stay at Suwa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The highlight was definitely the incredible service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch stay

All of the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common areas were clean and accessible, parking was easy. Great restaurants literally next door. Highly recommend Suwa Villa and La Fortuna in general!

We loved having access to a kitchen. It was well stocked. The hotel is very central and in a busy area but once you enter the property it is an oasis of calm. Room was nice, had a fridge. We would stay here again.
