Good location in Cali. Near many good restaurants and cafes. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The shower head was clogged or damaged and sprayed water pretty much everywhere in the bathroom and through the shutters into the bedroom. My toileteries were constantly getting soaked. There is faje grass in the living area. I guess this absorbs the water spraying from the shower. It was a challenge to have consistent temperature in the shower. Breakfast was ok. You order from a menu with a few different egg options. Be prepared to pay extra. You want milk in your coffee? That costs extra. Make a change to the your eggs? That costs extra. There are areas in the hallways that had signs of black mold on the walls and ceiling.

It had windows but shower looks funny.

Great spot in Cali, relatively safe for walking, plenty of restaurants and shops around, and staff were very friendly.

This place is AMAZING. Bed and bedding was great! Location was perfect (you can walk EVERYWHERE from this place). Very spacious...LOVELY stay

It’s a good place to spend a couple of nights. Needs more things to do inside the hotel or at least a couple of coffee shops

Very dirty to begin with, the blankest were dirty, very difficult to sleep Bcus all the noise from the next door room you could hear it, bathroom when you shower all the water gets everywhere including the bedroom, breakfast was very limited, no parking overall way too expensive for such a not nice place.

Great place well located

I like everything from the hotel! The only con is that breakfast is a little bit slow. I wish it could be a breakfast buffet instead of waiting 20/30 minutes to be served.

staff and people are so kind!!!! wonderful food options for free breakfast, clean of and laundry resources are readily available. we even had packages sent to the hotel for us and they were dealt with very easily. thank you so much

It was described as a "4-star hotel" but it felt more like a higher-end hostal. Cleaning was missed and had to be requested again (but only until 2 pm). Showers had design flaw in that water went all over the bathroom floor. Rooms are quite dark and there is no sound proofing whatsoever (both from the windows and the main door). The elevator was super annoying, slow and it set off a high pitch alarm everytime you got in / out of it (which you could hear from your room at all hours). Breakfast was included but was basic and was told that I had to pay 2,000 pesos to add milk to my coffee (not a lot of money but really?). The price was good so it wasn't a bad stay, just average, hence the three stars I've given it. The furnishings were cheap and will likely not age well (wasn't a fan of the artificial grass in the rooms which was already strating to peel). Communication with the hotel prior to the stay was poor (I should have written in Spanish since the answers that came back in English just did not make any sense at all). As a "4-star hotel" with high ratings, perhaps my expectations were too high. I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel myself based on my stays at other 4-star hotels in Cali (e.g. Spiwak, Marriott, Intercontinental, Movich, Hotel Now etc) and around the world. Ultimately you get what you pay for so if you're on a budget it may be a good option for you. For me I thought that Spiwak and Hotel Now provide better value for my own personal preferences.

This hotel is like a loft located in a great area called Penon! Very centrally located by the river, mall, lots of restaurants and night life. Breakfast was good it’s total worth it if you like a kitchenette. It doesn’t have a swimming pool however if you’re in town for business or exploring you will love this place.
