Instalaciones excelentes, desayuno muy rico y la atencion 100/10

La habitacion tenia mal olor, no habia papel higienico y la Recepcion me informa que debo bajar a buscarlo, nunca me ayudaron con el olor de la habitacion y tuve que buscar un hotel en mejores condiciones y tampoco me reembolsaron el dinero por haber realizado la reserva a traves de la pagina de Hotels.

Previous rating suggested the property was not particularly clean. It was OK for me (rm 402). Lots of cars and motor bikes roaring by and even with windows closed was very noisy, well through the night. I changed hotels and though there seemed to be less racing, it was still noisy. This was my first time to Medellin in a while so maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to. I imagine the higher end hotels are quieter. There is AC so it was not uncomfortable.

When I got to the front desk, it was raining outside and also inside. I waited to be attended but someone came in later and got attended before me after I was waiting for so long. And after such a long flight. When I got to the room, it was obvious that the hygiëne was not a priority. I could smell musty odor of mold and not being cleaned properly. The bed mattress was in a plastic packaging and then covered with the bed linen. So when I was on the bed, every time I moved, I heard the crinkling sound of the plastic. It was seriously uncomfortable. The fridge was plugged out when I got to the room. The airco was off and the remote to turn it on was faulty. The hair dryer didn’t work. I could not iron my clothes because there wasn’t one in my room. Very noisy neighborhood and it doesn’t help that there is an opening in the window that stays open. Next to noise, there was also a cockroach that managed to get into the bedroom via the opening. The door knob to the room was very flimsy. There was no extra lock to lock the door when inside. I did not feel safe. There was also no Safe to put my valuables in when I wasn’t there. The list goes on. I was glad to have warm water available. I can’t believe this hotel is listed on Expedia. I’m so disappointed.

Staff rude

The worst Colombian hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It listed that breakfast was included, but their dining room was closed, probably due to COVID. So they would send out for breakfast and give it to you in a styrofoam box. The air conditioner didn’t really work so it was really hot in the room. When we came back at the end of our second day we were surprised they had not cleaned the room. When I mentioned it, I was told if I wanted that I should have left the key at reception when I left for the day. The towels were small and thin and only two of them total. Lastly the doors no longer fit the frames and you had to pound on them to get them to shut. There are plenty of much nicer hotels in that block. You should avoid this one

Lugar tranquilo y más seguro que el Centro de Medellín. Sin embargo el hotel es muy básico y de pobre desayuno en comparación con otros del mismo precio en la ciudad.

Una experiencia muy desagradable. El desuyuno limitado, las camas duras, el cuerto en mal estado stado, cortinas sucias, baño pequeño e incomodo. En mi estadia, en el cuarto de al lado hubo 3 noches q no nos dejaron dormir, pq llegaban borrachos, haciendo escándalo y has vomitando y la gerencia del hotel.nunca hizo nada al respecto. Muy mala experiencia. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Todo bien menos los Matrres y las almohadas llegue con un espasmo a mi país son demasiado de duras casi ni pude descansar !! Jamás me hospedaría de nuevo !! Horrible ni un día me quedaría fue muy mala la experiencia!!

la estadía en el hotel fue buena y el desayuno es rico. la atención es buena pero el dia que fui no habia datafonos ni medios de pago distintos al efectivo lo que fue un poco tedioso, pero en general bien

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado, y muy cerca a todo. EL DESAYUNO Y LA PERSONA QUE ATIENDE FATAL!!! Es decepcionante

Fue demorada las habitaciones muy viejas sin mantenimiento, tiene cable ningun canal internacional ni de peliculas, el internet pésimo, no se pudo trabajar la red era muy lenta y saturada, el desayuno muy casero y normalito nada especial: huevos, arepa y cafe todos los dias.

Fue absolutamente decepcionante: 1. El desayuno lo llevan de otro lado y siempre llega frío, es exactamente lo mismo todos los días: huevo y dos panes. Además de que llega ya frío, una de las personas encargadas NO informa cuando llega el desayuno (incluso cuando se le ha pedido el favor). 2. Las puertas de la habitación y baño están desvencijadas. 3. Cobran el champú, cobran el uso del espacio para trabajar (y ni siquiera está bien equipado), cobran el microondas, cobran todo adicional y si fueran cosas en buen estado no incomodaría pagarlas. 4. El parqueadero no lo controlan, te lo prometen pero en realidad no hay espacio para los carros de todas las personas que se hospedan. 5. La oferta de televisión/parabólica es absolutamente: ni siquiera es parabólica. 6. Finalmente, la atención de una de las personas encargadas fue absolutamente terrible (lo que hizo muchísimo más incómoda la estadía), no buscaba soluciones, era insistente en los cobros de todo: no solo era lo que decía sino cómo. Fatal. Nada recomendado.
