Aire no funcionaba, limpieza no era la mejor. Bañeras con moho.

A bag was left in the room after checkout time. They insisted on charging $80 for the bag being left. I contacted Expedia and they did lower the charge to $40. They normally charge $25 per week day for that room. Also only 1 small window in the ceiling. Very small room. I will never stay there again!

It was ok for the price, considering that you get breakfast.

Instalaciones excelentes, desayuno muy rico y la atencion 100/10

La habitacion tenia mal olor, no habia papel higienico y la Recepcion me informa que debo bajar a buscarlo, nunca me ayudaron con el olor de la habitacion y tuve que buscar un hotel en mejores condiciones y tampoco me reembolsaron el dinero por haber realizado la reserva a traves de la pagina de Hotels.

Previous rating suggested the property was not particularly clean. It was OK for me (rm 402). Lots of cars and motor bikes roaring by and even with windows closed was very noisy, well through the night. I changed hotels and though there seemed to be less racing, it was still noisy. This was my first time to Medellin in a while so maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to. I imagine the higher end hotels are quieter. There is AC so it was not uncomfortable.

When I got to the front desk, it was raining outside and also inside. I waited to be attended but someone came in later and got attended before me after I was waiting for so long. And after such a long flight. When I got to the room, it was obvious that the hygiëne was not a priority. I could smell musty odor of mold and not being cleaned properly. The bed mattress was in a plastic packaging and then covered with the bed linen. So when I was on the bed, every time I moved, I heard the crinkling sound of the plastic. It was seriously uncomfortable. The fridge was plugged out when I got to the room. The airco was off and the remote to turn it on was faulty. The hair dryer didn’t work. I could not iron my clothes because there wasn’t one in my room. Very noisy neighborhood and it doesn’t help that there is an opening in the window that stays open. Next to noise, there was also a cockroach that managed to get into the bedroom via the opening. The door knob to the room was very flimsy. There was no extra lock to lock the door when inside. I did not feel safe. There was also no Safe to put my valuables in when I wasn’t there. The list goes on. I was glad to have warm water available. I can’t believe this hotel is listed on Expedia. I’m so disappointed.

Staff rude

The worst Colombian hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It listed that breakfast was included, but their dining room was closed, probably due to COVID. So they would send out for breakfast and give it to you in a styrofoam box. The air conditioner didn’t really work so it was really hot in the room. When we came back at the end of our second day we were surprised they had not cleaned the room. When I mentioned it, I was told if I wanted that I should have left the key at reception when I left for the day. The towels were small and thin and only two of them total. Lastly the doors no longer fit the frames and you had to pound on them to get them to shut. There are plenty of much nicer hotels in that block. You should avoid this one

El aire acondicionado perfecto y el desayuno rico y saludable

Cercano al metro Floresta y a ave. 80...el personal de noche en la recepcion muy atento mas no el joven durante el dia, le falta sentido de servicio. Buena estancia!

Bien ubicada

El servicio fue muy cálido pero en las habitaciones hacía falta orden.

Lugar tranquilo y más seguro que el Centro de Medellín. Sin embargo el hotel es muy básico y de pobre desayuno en comparación con otros del mismo precio en la ciudad.
