Muy buen servicio y lugar

Rara vez me quejo, pero dejo esta advertencia para evitar que otros viajeros pasen por lo mismo: 1. El colchón más incómodo en el que he dormido en mi vida: una combinación imposible de dureza con resortes que se clavan en distintas partes del cuerpo. 2. La habitación estaba saturada de químicos. 3. El personal de limpieza hablando fuerte afuera de mi cuarto temprano en la mañana, despertándonos (hablando de “las propinas”, para colmo). Bendiciones en sus viajes.

Beautiful hotel!

Todo muy limpio, personal muy amable, pero em la noche un ruido de grillos, estos chiflaban muy fuerte!! Muy incomodo para dormir!

El hotel y bungalows es muy viejo, sin remodelar. Es funcional, la alberca es buena para niños y el restaurante tiene buena comida. Los cuartos con mucho ruido exterior, baños con algo de humedad entre lozas y poca presión de agua

To many mosquitos in the room we cantn sleep

The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope . I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again. As mentioned, I had stayed there once before and was told there is always a person available overnight to allow guest in. This was not the case this time. Walls are thin, and got a room mear the stairs and next to a room where kids were staying. Music was playing, and people talking at night. The rooms in the outer part are best, as there is barely any noice. During this stay, I was given a room in the “main” building and was not the best due to what was previously mentioned.

We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning. The music while in the pool area was terrible and noisy. Only good things are the location (which is very close to the water park) and the rooms which are reasonably clean.

Beautiful garden with pleasant pool. Our bungalow was spacious and nicely decorated It was a better idea to place the bungalows near the swimmingpool with a small terrace. Better locate the restaurant aside, for instance at the location with tabletennis. Thanks!

Que el restaurante no estuviera abierto al menos 8 horas seguidas mal, ya que solo te dan 2 horas para tomar los alimentos y si uno quiere algo después de ese horario,tiene que salir a buscar

El desayuno, comida y cena son escasos, no alcanzan más que para degustar, el personal toma propina sin que se la des, el recepcionista te menciona que a las 11 tienes que desocupar la había y en la aplicación menciona que a las 11, fuera de eso es un lugar temático, bueno, las instalaciones aunque viejas son buenas, la tele no tiene nada que ver y no son smart tv, además el internet se va a cada rato.

El lugar es muy bonito y hay un ambiente muy tranquilo súper recomendable

La iluminación era mala los focos se apagaban y prendían como si fueran a fundirse, las camas incómodas y el agua de la alberca muy fría, la atención y limpieza muy buena

El lugar y concepto es muy bonito, el servicio en recepción podría mejorar. Me encontré una cucaracha en la recámara :(

La habitación esta muy bien. Limpia, grande y con todo lo necesario para descansar unos dias.
