Es un lugar muy cómodo para descansar, el desayuno es sencillo pero la atmósfera del patio lo completa con su belleza. Las camas estaban muy cómodas, el servicio del personal fue muy amable, así que sin duda regresaré en otra ocasión.

Great location. Close to Centro area. Front desk very helpful. Neighborhood is not the nicest but hotel is very nice and has a beautiful courtyard to relax and enjoy the breakfast which is included.

The property was very well kept, the patio is very pretty, the staff very attentive . The only suggestion I have is to change the bath towels, they were rough on the skin.

This was an excellent hotel. Walking to Centro and quiet street. Very safe and secure. Breakfast served was awsome. The staff was amazing and even made us a box lunch to go.

This is a VERY basic hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was in need of updating!!! The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor and I slipped on the wet tile. There was no bath mat in the shower and again very slippery. I believe the shower glass was plate glass. Breakfast was fine. Since this was meant to be a feel good vacation for us we left after one night even though we paid for 2. I know COVID has had a huge financial impact on businesses but my husband and I are too old to feel unsteady.

The place was safe quiet and the staff was excellent

This review in for our recent stay April 7- 9, 2021. We got to our room at around 9 pm. We were tired and ready to go to bed. To my surprise, when I lifted the bedspread and the flat sheet, I saw that the sheets were filthy. My side of the bed was covered in snot. Not a little, but a LOT. I call the receptionist and while she is in the room with us, my husband goes to his side of the bed and sees that his side is just as bad. Then we remove the top sheet and bedspread and we see that the whole bed is just as dirty. The receptionist offers to put us in another room. She walks me to a different room and tells me that that room is clean and ready for us to move our stuff in there. Before I say yes, I lift the bedspread and sheets on the second bed. OMG to my surprise, that bed is also soiled, except that this bed had blood stains on the sheets. I request to speak to the manager. I’m told that she is not available and that she would not be in the next day either. The receptionist brings sheets and changes the sheets in the 1st room. The floor and furniture had stains. So I requested a disinfectant spray. I sprayed and wiped all the furniture. I asked the receptionist to bring a mop, when she comes back she mopped the floor. The next day I ask to speak to owner. Owner came by but did not come talk to me because they said she was too busy and had to leave. I was told that all they could do was offer me a free breakfast, which I refused. Don't stay here EVER.

We enjoyed our the stay very much. The hotel is small with only a few rooms and has a familiar atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a small courtyard in the back were breakfast is served on warm days. The breakfast was simple but a very good start in the day. The hotel is approximately 3 blocks of a main road, with an oxxo at the corner. During the day there are a few other places around, however, in the evening most stores are closed and no restaurants close by. However, there is a 24h reception and food can be ordered to the hotel. Would stay again!

Excellent hotel, especially in comparison to all the other places I've stayed in Leon.

The hotel has a quirks, for example you need to turn on the hot water for one minute then turn off the water for 2 minutes then you can take a shower as you wish. The door handles are also funky, but once you get used to all of this, you won't even notice. However, the place is exceptionally clean and the people working there make you feel like you own the place. The breakfast included was light and perfect, but if you want to be full until late afternoon, I highly recommend paying for the additional breakfast. The enfrijoladas are to die for. We also requested sweat bread for breakfast and they made sure there was an assortment ready for us every morning. Both the coffee and the orange juice are of the highest quality you can get. Will be staying here for all my future visits to Leon!

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Service excellent. Breakfast good. Only issue was no hot water for shower. But I took it late after breakfast.

Entre Rios Boutique Hotel is a house that was probably built in the 1950s or 1960s. It has been transformed into a hotel retaining some of the elements when it was a family house. Our king sized room was very big and had a bathroom with huge shower. The service was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very small. It's a couple blocks from the cathedral and the downtown. It's location might not be the best, because there are only houses around, but it's not too far from places like the stadium or the convention center (where most hotels are). The room and the restroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the place is quiet, it has hot water, and the service is excellent. There is no restaurant or food for lunch and dinner but they let you order food for delivery, they even have a menu from a couple places where you can order. Breakfast is included. I used uber most of the time but they have parking space for about 6 cars. The wifi was fast. Highly recommended.

Great location close to downtown. Very clean. Comfortable bed with great sheets. Eclectic decor and tasteful. Nice breakfast but limited choices. Small bathroom. Would stay there again.
