Property is beautiful, we had a nice stay only thing is keep drains covered just to avoid unpleasant bug surprises.

The property, ( common areas , gardens, pool area ) are really beautiful , however the rooms, room amenities and comodities are terrible: the bed is too hard , the pillows too are too hard, the towels are like sand paper , the bathroom amenities are ones like in a motel 1 star , they have NO BLACK OUT Courtins !! , NO CLOSET ( there is just three hangers inside the bathroom) TV is too small , No air condition , no heaters … NO SERVÍ-BAR !! No snacks or any type of food inside the rooms , NO TELEPHONE inside the room … rooms are incredibly Noisy … so in general this is NOT a hotel to rest … my

We went to attend a wedding in Atlixco, the property is ok, nothing impressive, but good and comfortable enough for a couple of nights

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything that's happening outside. The clock bell rings every hour, starting early in the morning. And the towels are really uncomfortable and stiff. But the staff is amazing!

Beautiful property, staff so friendly and helpful. Food great. I will go back with my family.

Whether was so good, better than we thoght, it was warm so for us was nice, the hotel has a beautiful garden where you can take a relax and the room was so clean and also the staf alwas was friendly.

Maravillosa experiencia.

El hotel tiene instalaciones muy bonitas, el jardin, la alberca y el restaurante estan llimpios y agradables. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero estam comodas, los unicos dos detalles fue el aviso en las puertas de las habitaciones indicando mantener cerrada la puerta por las arañas, asi como el que se fue la energia electrica como por una hora. Por lo demas todo bien

Es una casa de descanso de una familia que juegan a tener un hotel. El servicio es malo, las personas q trabajan amables pero no tienen capacitación. Los dueños estaban ocupando las instalaciones como privadas. Les hace falta mucho

Es difícil encontrar. Pero vale la pena la pena no darse por vencido.
