We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes.

Beautiful property with lots of hiking nearby and the amazing Frasassi Cave. The staff was friendly and the front desk workers spoke English.

Off the beaten track this is a lovely peaceful, quite large hotel in a beautiful location. Great parking facilities. Very comfortable and clean everywhere. The staff were very welcoming which I appreciated even more after having had a very tough day and arriving much later than intended.

Hotel appartato fuori dall'abitato ma organizzato e confortevole con ampio parcheggio. Camere ampie, pulite e funzionali. Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très agréable. La situation permet de visiter les alentours. Déjà venus en 2018 et ravis d’y être revenus !

Ho soggiornato una notte nel l’hotel e sono rimasta soddisfatta. Ottima accoglienza, camera in stile classico, ma letto comodo e doccia ampia. C’è anche una bella piscina e prato per un bagno rinfrescante o relax

Ein ganz wunderbares und zentral gelegenes Hotel; 3 Minuten vom Markusplatz. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, incl Rooftop, Fittnessraum und Spa; was möchte man mehr? Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ottima esperienza. Siamo arrivati in tarda serata, avevo comunicato per errore la presenza di un figlio con meno di 1 anno, invece ne ha 12. Hanno sostituito il lettino con un letto normale in pochissimo e col sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie ancora

Sicuramente si mostra la meglio d'estate e non in pieno inverno. Struttura isolata sulle colline, con una buona SPA. Colazione discreta, forse per via della poca affluenza.
