Very Outdated unfriendly staff, I will never stay there again

It was clean. No blankets on the bed. Just a sheet.

The room was huge and has just the essentials. I appreciate the A/C because it was really hot in August. There's a rooftop pool too,. Perfect location, just minutes from everything and two overpass bridges in walking distance.

Can’t complain the hotel was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Only thing I would add is towels only one towel and more blankets for the bed.

The accommodations were comfortable and the staff pleasant.

The hotel is situation close to very busy highways. Walking is the area of the hotel is difficult and unsafe.

Floor, bed sheets dirty, desk had wet stain, bathroom wall by trash can had pupu stain. AC did not work properly, pillow cover had a grease stain like from someone’s hair. I did ask for another room in the front desk told me they had to talk to the supervisor first and then they move me to another room. Guess what? Mole was on the ceiling bathroom. The toilet tank had a crack. Both rooms didn’t have hand towels and they only give one towel per room. Worst hotel ever. No fridge, no ice. It was a nightmare for me. Staff use the same elevator and they go first 🙄 small parking lot and someone scratched my car. From desk lady Veronica needs another job

Nice property for the price Rooftop swimming pool, fresh water added every morning The is average, however I am not Mexican food entusiasta

Nice hotel, I wish they had more Irons for the rooms, there is a Walmart close enough, oh and they were fixing the stairs which meant hammers from 7 am to 7 pm

The Hotel was of very good quality and we slept comfortably, the only thing was that there was a problem with my booking probably due to Hotels.com fault as I couldn’t find my booking in the app. And I have received the confirmation email and already payed for the stay .

A large, comfortable room. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out.

This place is way overrated, the towels were horrendous, more like rags than a towel, i asked for a third towel and the staff denied it because I already had 2 in my room. We were never able to connect to wifi, the “pool” is 3 feet deep.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Parking was small.

We were trying to change the date if reservation. Contaced Expedia from Mexico just to find out that non of their staff spoke English and Expedia customer service lady couldn't help. We arrived late. The guy at the reception desk couldn't be leas bothered , he also said that the reservation was for the next day which clearly wasn't the case on my confirmation email. After signing a paper for 300 Pessos for remote control we wondered of to our room. The hotel is dated and def would do with refurbishment. Next morning we decided to give their breakfast a go. We have been told is 100 Pessos a head but when we received the bill it was 125p/p. Not a big deal but when we were trying to explain why we were upset the guy at the reception said that's only 50 pesso extra...! Again, not the point! Not once member of front seat said hello to us. But other members of staff were friendly. We left one night earlier without even asking for our money back. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
