I didn’t like that the sheets and the pillow cases looked dirty the bathroom had no shampoo conditioner and no towels we had to ask for the essential in the front desk no safety box no iron where available. So I give it 1 star

The room is nice and clean. The bed is kind of comfortable

Middle in the night there was a guy singing, screaming and making noice.

It’s an ok hotel but the price is too high for the quality.

Hotel staff is inexperienced, they lack basic amenities. AC usage is extra, rooms are low quality. No hot water, must call 30 minutes before using hot water.

The hotel room didn't even had any towels to start with... The room was not comfortable at all even thou they a have a good building new... But they're not taking care of it at all not the rooms or the guests. Never staying here again or anyone of my staff Thanks

La habitación un poco sucia, el desayuno muy malo, el aire acondicionado bien, el estacionamiento bien pero limitado. Creo que tiene potencial y corrigen esos puntos.

Buena ubicación pero el precio súper elevado porque fuimos en temporada de feria. Creo que pagamos mucho por la habitación tan sencilla y pequeña. Además la televisión era muy difícil de prender y apagar

Cuando llegue el cuarto asumignado no tenía luz y había otro que tenían con un ventilador gigante, parecía que se había inundado pero no lo sé. Es un hotel para ir a dormir y cumple, el desayuno no lo probé por qué no me quedó ningún horario durante mi estancia para ir. Si me volvería a quedar pero también exploraría otras opciones
