Very up-to-date hotel. Self check in/check out. Comfortable beds. Free airport shuttle.

This hotel is gem, new with modern amenities. Just make sure u are driving that’s only downside but apart from that it’s worth the trip and money spent

The Yotel is super clean and stylish and has a nice restaurant to relax in. The service is stellar throughout but once you know how to do the checkin, you’re good to go with the lobby screen. The rooms are tiny but have pretty much everything you need in them for an overnight airport stay. It was perfect for us. Thanks!

Very kind staff

This was a great hotel, about 15 minutes outside Geneva with onsite free parking for guests, restaurant on site that was very good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Love the use of space in the rooms and all the technology used. Highly recommend

I was calling this property to ask how can i get shuttle from the airport. The answer from the receptionist was that i have to call them and shuttle will be sent. I've been told that shuttle is 24/7. When i arrived to the airport and callled them i found that the last shuttle from the airport is leaving at 23.45. I arrived literraly 5min later. When i was trying to talk about this with the manager, she answered that I've never been promised 24/7 serviss. Really "nice" customer service

This property is advertise as Geneva Lake and it is not in Geneva. In fact it is miles away.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Here you cn catch buses or trains.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and we love the fact that you can open the window and get fresh air. We wish coffee were offered in the room instead of having to leave the room. Other than that, we love your space. We love your service. We love your equal friendliness, and we will definitely come back. Thank you very very much.

Everything was perfect A very nice and relaxing place for a chill weekend way The room smaller than I expected and not a drink in the room but many other choices Very happy with the staying and the staff extremely polite Definitely go back again

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. It is quite close to Geneva and there are nice places to visit around the hotel.
