Afters several years with Hotels.com this Hotel is my first bad experience. Check-in was very long and complicated, they messed up with the credit card terminal and they didn’t know how to fix the problem… check in it took over 40 mins and by the time they finished, the cafeteria was closed. The room was very smelly, so smelly they sprayed “Lysol” to the room even before I even asked but it didn’t work., the odors were terrible. The tv was not working… I requested a room change but they said it was not allowed because that was the room that was “assigned” to me… next morning I asked front desk to call a taxi for me and they said that it was not an acivity that they can perform…
