The building is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Our room did not have a balcony our outside area as did upper level rooms, and the windows overlooked the street. The room was clean and basic and great for 2 nights.

There was never any staff around to call for a taxi or to answer any questions. The common area by the pool was filthy and covered with cigarettes on the floor empty Coca-Cola bottles and watermelon Rhonda and seeds plus empty plastic cups all over the floor and table.

Great place to stay. Juan and his wife are fantastic hosts.

Thecpool was cool and refreshing. Nice King room with everything you need.
