The staff were hostile and arrogant. The room was not what I expected and they seemed to be pleased about that. They also lied about the opening time of the restaurant. The room itself was very small but fairly clean and tidy. The area around the hotel is not safe after dark and was a long way from points of interest that I wanted to visit. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and WILL NEVER stay here again!

All the necessities and very comfortable. Rooms are not spacious but everything was in excellent condition, very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Everything we needed in a great location for exploring the historic centre of Mexico city.

I would return for the location itself. It is very conveniently located in the downtown area with a 5 min walk to El Zocalo and surrounded by many restaurants.

The room was extremely clean, and the staff is wonderful! Particularly the housekeeping staff. The only issue that I have is that the pillows need to be completely replaced because they're old and flat and very outdated and need to be thrown away. Especially for health reasons. The other issue that I have is that there was no refrigerator in the room available and no microwave available on the premises either. A small refrigerator would've been very very helpful! We could've brought food back from our restaurant and eat it later but we couldn't do that. Other than that, it was a very pleasurable stay and the neighborhood is safe and clean. I recommend the restaurant that is attached to the hotel called Maple. Also on the corner there is a wonderful taco restaurant that is on the second floor called Central taco. So amazing!

Some of the servers are so rude. Front desk personal needs to explain better how the free breakfast ticket works, they just handed to us and said - enjoy your breakfast- we were five of us and end up paying full price. Other thing is that they are never open the restaurant at 7 am like they say. Always late and that is not right if we have already a scheduled for the day.

dos detalles, encontramos pelos en las almuhadas, en el portal de hoteles.com, dice estacionamiento disponible, pero no hacen referencia que no esta en el mismo hotel, no hubo problemas donde nos indicaron, pero si es buenpo hagan esa referencia para estar lsito por la hora. de todo lo demas esta bien, gracias

Location is better than perfect

Staf always seems like mad

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Just the air conditioner wasn't working

A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!
