Excellent place

Great option if you need a place to crash. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable of the area, great recommendations from things to do and places to eat My only complaint would be the pillows super uncomfortable.

Fantastic location!😀 Beautiful boutique hotel with modern clean & cozy rooms. Lovely helpful staff who make you feel very welcome. We loved it!! It is perfect for lovers or besties. ;) This stylish hotel & neighborhood is such a vibe. You walk out your door & you are just steps away to great coffee, yummy restaurants w/outdoor seating and cute unique shops. We wanted to try something new instead of our usual go to all-inclusive top rated resorts, thats why we chose this place and it did not disappoint.😉We will definitely stay again, without hesitation. Nice change from the our usual, absolutely no regrets.😀

Great place!!

Rude welcome from man at the front desk, required a deposit on a credit card, no top sheet on my bed (front desk closed at 8 pm so couldn’t get any help), no extra blanket, sliding screen door kept coming off its tracks, we’re only given one coffee packet for two people and would not give any more, only two small water bottles a day allowed, and would not recommend a breakfast place until we showed him we had a room card - he couldn’t remember that we were guests an hour after we checked in. He made me leave the deposit on my visa (even though room paid through Expedia already) and charged my card, and then returned all of it minus 1 cent, saying it would be refunded right away. It’s three days and I have yet to see a refund come through. Not a welcoming place at all.

The hotel is very clean and the location excellent for access to the beach. Our room was missing a sheet on one bed (weird) and the office was closed at night so couldnt request one. We received 1 individual coffee pack and when we asked for another as there was 2 of us we were told to split the pack between to cups. Again weird way to save a buck

The room was great - exactly as advertised. The staff were so nice and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to practically anything you'd want to see in San Jose.

Beautiful place

Quick and easy check in, while the rooms are on the small side, they’re modern and cute. The bed is comfortable and it has a small private pool. The bar right beside has great margaritas as well. Very conveniently located to stores if you have a car or don’t mind a 20 minute walk.

Iris at the reception desk was fantastic! So friendly and efficient. The room was small but super clean and had everything we needed. Great bathroom and nice exterior patio area off the room on the golf course. Excellent location. Great place to stay for a short time frame.
