Perfect place to rest and relax if you are not thinking about going anywhere else during your visit

The Hacienda was beautiful and peaceful. The location was a bit isolated for us in terms of activities and it had several barking dogs nearby at night

Away from city so everything is far away, no AC available so literally an Hacienda stay

This Hacienda was EVERYTHING we needed and expected. The staff was amazing, and the cook went out of her way for us. Thank You- familia Plascencia

El ambiente es para relajarse. El staff es muy amable.

Quiero el reembolso de una noche ya que nos tuvimos que retirar La reserva que hice fue de una habitación estándar con cama queen pero esa habitación de la reservación tiene el baño fuera de la habitación ( no lo mencionas cuando reservas ) La habitación que me dieron era mitad de tamaño y con cama matrimonial. Con el colchón vencido y hundido por lo cual no pudimos dormir

Excelente ubicacion, muy atentos y amables todos los trabajadores, el spa muy comodo, solo recomiendo llegar por el lado de lopez mateos, ya el otro camino que marca google por 8 de julio es muy malo, tardado.

Está muy limpio , muy bonito y el personal muy amable

Although all places were clean I did not like presence of flies, mosquitoes and spiders around it

No tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno es muy caro Y habitación es muy cara para no tener aire acondicionado. No pudimos descansar. Eso sobre la propiedad, pero el personal siempre fue amable y educados, de eso no hay nada que opinar.

Bonito lugar para convivir en pareja, creo que faltan actividades para pasar el tiempo (mesa de billar, juegos, etc), particularmente el área de la alberca estaba muy descuidada. La habitación muy limpia y en muy buenas condiciones.
