Awesome place to stay. Easy access to the grand mayan. Just make sure to get the phone number to call for transportation.

The space was perfect for our family of four. The condo was comfortable and any need was addressed by the attendant or lobby staff efficiently. The amenities at Vidanta were enjoyable and the food was good, thought pricey. All in all, would highly recommend Condominios Balancan.

This property is beautiful, clean, and safe; access to the resort was a huge plus!

Spacious and well equipped condo. Pictures are accurate. Nice pool area. Very quiet. Staff were helpful. Nice to have access to larger resort however it was Challenging to get transportation back after from resort after 5:00 pm. Overall enjoyed our stay.
