I am so thankful someone recommended staying in Giron since it was closer to the airport. The taxi very quickly took us to the hotel and we were greeted right away. The location is fantastic and Giron is a cute little town with a lively square. We were there on a weekend so families were all together eating food from the vendors. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Love the vibe at this hotel. Very international oriented but very local at the same time. We stayed in an excellent aired room with a balcony, but not sure about the other rooms. Breakfast was awesome

My wife and I spent one night at this charming hotel in an attractive and interesting area of Bucaramanga. The service was great and the room was very comfortable. The only downside was that WiFi was down on our side of the hotel and that was not conveyed to us.

Overall beauty of the place

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and comfortable, lots of water pressure for a satisfying shower. The breakfast was made to order, fresh fruits, eggs, breads.

Awesome place

I was too fond of the air conditioning turned off when you were out of your room. Towels must be changed more frequently. Clothing hangers must be improved A luggage table must be provided A piece of furniture with drawers would be very helpful I liked the cleanliness, the environment, friendships, attention, breakfast, surroundings

Maravilloso el lugar, el pueblo divino, todo en el hotel en excelente estado, la ducha deliciosa, en general todo maravilloso, lo único es que el internet más vale flojo...vuelvo seguro!

Excelente servicio

No me gustan las habitaciones que tienen sus ventanas dando a los pasillos de alto flujo de personas, además el cabecero de las camas no es comodo debido a que tiene un espacio muy grande entre parales, mi hijo pequeño se golpeo varias veces al tratar de recostarse sobre la almohada y el desayuno demasiado básico sin opciones.
