Very nice accommodations and the staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Our suite was big, clean, and very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day, and it was really good. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. Perhaps best of all, the staff was so kind and accommodating. A special shout out to Noe and Dulce, who both did their best to make our stay special.

This property was so nice, easy to walk to the Centro but so quiet without the bustle of downtown!! The property managers took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our stay was wonderful, the place was spotless and the team helped us with calling taxis and making morning lattes. Easy 7 block walk to Centro for great dining options. We felt very safe and well cared for. This is a gem!

Small Boutique hotel in a good location.Friendly accomodating staff.

Nice small property but we experienced issues with air conditioning it was dripping at middle of the night, they sent a repair man, then it was very noisy, the split unit it is set up by the bed at least in our room, the living- kitchen area has no air only a portable fan. Also our tv control was not working properly to turn off the television you needed to get up from bed and manually turn it off. ( this was our second TV control) Location is about 7 blocks from Zocalo, we felt safe, also quiet, boutique hotel staff was very nice, the food at the restaurant for breakfast just ok not recommended. Clean property.

Marialicia Suites far exceeded my expectations in every way. The design is breathtaking. It is a peaceful sanctuary just steps away from the excitement of Oaxaca Centro. The staff is kind and helpful. Dulce and Javier are the consummate hosts. The breakfast is delicious. The suites are gorgeous and stocked with everything you can think of. Loved it!

The bed was so comfortable, as well as the room. The staff was very nice. The decor was very pleasant.

We stayed at Marialicia Suites for five nights recently and found it delightful. The staff, to a person, were helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were excellent. The zocalo (main square) was about a 15 minute walk away, along a pleasant street. We highly recommend it.

Small boutique hotel with 10 suites. Though a 10 minute walk from the center, it is in a very safe and walkable location. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. We also had a small semi private patio for sitting The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend.

A great hotel, the whole staff was super friendly. From the housekeeping to the managers they were very helpful. The layout of the hotel looks well throughout and the courtyard is beautiful in person just as shown in the pictures. Would definitely book again in the future!

Marialicia Suites was an ideal place to stay in Oaxaca. Within a 15 min walk to the center of town, but far enough away to be quiet. The host, Dulce, is delightful and the staff are all very helpful. Beautifully and recently built, it's wonderful to have a kitchenette. The only thing is that it's all hard surfaces. it would be nice to have an area with a rug or other soft surface somewhere in the apartment. Overall, highly recommend Marialicia Suites.

Nice place

Gorgeous hotel with tons of shops near by and only 15 min. walk to the Zocalo. The suites are very spacious with kitchen and private patio included. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They gave us great options on tours to do and tips to buy them at affordable price. We will stay here again next time we are in Oaxaca.
