Great value for money, large apartment with comfy beds...has all basics in kitchen for a self catering comfortable stay...

Quiet and relaxing room close to strand and easy walk to stores or places to eat.

Great welcome very informative on the local area. The appartment was lovely and clean , and had everything that you could want.It was about 20 minutes walk down the beach front to main area of Swakopmund. Also nice walk along beach in other direction to shopping mall.

Wonderful stay

As a self-catering option, Sandcastle Apartments is great. The apartment was set up with the required basics, and within walking distance of several supermarkets (assuming you are OK with walking for 30-40 minutes). The activities / tour companies I dealt with all knew where the apartments are located. Silke, the owner, is very helpful and yet unobtrusive and lets you get on with your vacation. Easy access to the beach is a plus.

We were very happy with the accommodation. We appreciated the free Wi Fi. The location was very good and only two blocks from the sea. Security was also good.

My apartment let out onto a communal terrace area but I had my own table, parasol etc. The apartments are big and well equipped.

Good stay, friendly welcome, good well equipped units

For those wanting a self-catering option, this is a great choice of accommodation. The beach is a short walk away, and if you are reasonably energetic the main "centre" of town is a 15-30 minute walk away. All the tour companies I dealt with knew exactly where it was. On arrival, I was given a very warm welcome and a comprehensive orientation to where things are in Swakopmund. Security is taken very seriously. The entire accommodation is well maintained. I had a relaxed time, and would look to book here again if (and hopefully when) I return to Swakopmund.

Our apartment was much more than expected. Very spacious luxurious for two persons.

Good stay

The apartment was comfortable and functional. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to give us an orientation of the place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic stay, Rainer & Silke the owners were so helpful & friendly. It is more like a 25 minute walk into the centre of Swakomund but it's along the seafront so very picturesque.

Excellent value for money. Only drawback: this hotel is far away from downtown Swakopmund
