Loved the convenient location to the Century mall, easily able to get groceries by just walking. This place is better for long term use if you plan on staying in Manila for longer. The only downside is some rooms are different than others, ask to see other rooms if it isn’t up to your standard.

Property was in horrible shape. Window broken with huge air gap. Hot water issues, door stuck.

This property is definitely an older property. But it is located in the heart beat of everything! Food, Music, Nightlife, new friends. Walking distance to what your heart desires! There was no loud noises in the hotel. No one running the hallway or partying in the rooms. Each room is assembled as a Studio Unit with kitchen utensils and utilities. A hidden gem!

Check in started problematic. The desk clerk couldn't find my reservation. When I showed him the reservation on my phone, he found it but had to find an available room. I waited as he went upstairs to look. He finally found one and checked me in. He then said he couldn't find the wifi password. I had to wait and got it later that afternoon. The room furnishings were older. One of the lights over the bed did not work. Hotels.com advertised the room included a microwave. There was none. The linens were just okay. I understand it is an economy hotel but they can certainly do better. Then I checked out at 5:30 am for a morning flight out on NAIA. The desk clerk called someone to check the room and I guess they weren't answering the phone. I told him my grab car was arriving and I needed to leave. He went upstairs to check himself as my driver and I waited. He eventually got back and cleared me to go. I will not stay here again. I would pay more for a better hotel.

This is a good place for cost-conscious visits. The apartments are quite run down, but clean and fully furnished for cheap stays. Very close to centyral manila and plenty of taxis passing at good rates (make sure they use their meters). Plenty of restaurants/takeaways locally as well as bars and clubs. Close to good shopping malls. The internet was very good.
On the minus side, it can be very noisy - Makaiti Avenue and the clubs don't sleep at night. The aircon was quite difficult to balance between the heat of the city and being too cold. The apartment had no dishes for use in the microwave.
