The location is awesome, both tram and train across the way. Also, there are shops and restaurants right there. The room was tiny but extremely clean, and the bed was deliciously comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel, came here for a work trip and went back for a personal trip. Included breakfast is a great start to the day. Staff friendly and knowledgeable letting us know what is going on in the area. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you are heading to Zurich!

We need a place close to the airport. What a great place with a great breakfast! We were happy with our stay.

This hotel is accessible via the train platform - so if this is what you need (like we did) then it is perfect.

This hotel was more like a 2 star hotel for me. Yes it was clean and the hotel staff was great. Yes it had a restaurant that serve breakfast but the breakfast was not great. Cereal and the additives for the cereals were good but they service only corn flaked and granola no other kind. The hotel does not have A/C and NO TELEHONE🤔. I was shocked. The decor/furniture that it has it’s un real. Very uncomfortable to sit around. For me the rooms were ugly, although the bed wasn’t that bad. The negative about the bed is that the only have queen size and the comforters they have are very heavy to sleet with and having no A/C these are not practical. The location was not that good either. Not walkable to the best parts of Zurich. The cost of everything in Switzerland is high so to action here have 2x more in your budget. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast is really basic. Room is small. There is no amneity at all.

Property is dated and not clean. Air conditioner is not adjustable.

Nice to have a refrigerator and mini kitchen. Restaurant staff especially Sarah and others at breakfast so sweet. The menu items could use a change or different items, like a pancake day but always plenty and delicious. The grocery stores and pharmacy across the street at the Enge Train Station so convenient. Need to bring your own loofah or washcloths, no AC but a fan provided for us and windows and door can be opened for cool air. Uber is super convenient or the trams in front of the hotel can take you all over Zürich. Bus station is behind the Main Train Station with trips everywhere over Europe or just book a day trip by bus or train. There is construction in the courtyard behind the hotel but they keep the noise to a minimum but get out every day and enjoy your stay.

Very nice property with convenient location. The tram stops right infront of the hotel. There are also several supermarkets and restaurants right infront which was awesome. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Comfortable and clean room very close to major bus and train station. The only draw back was our room was too warm in the afternoon and even though a/c was running it wasn’t helping much! But the staff were very friendly and nice.

We had a lovely few nights during our trip to Zurich. The staff at the front desk were really helpful, telling us about the Spring Parade that was taking place during the weekend and helping us sort the free bikes that the hotel offers so we could cycle round the lake. The hotel style is unique and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the aesthetic. The location is perfect with Enge station a 30 second walk from the hotel, although it’s definitely close enough to walk into the old town within 10 minutes!
