Great hotel in Zurich Staff were amazing Restaurant had good food The location is perfect for navigating the city

Nice location for exploring different districts of Zurich. Staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant, Choupette was the best meal we had in Zurich.

Great location, lovely and helpful staff. Hammed was extremely helpful and kind and welcomed us to the property. We were offered an upgrade and the room was perfect and included a balcony and kitchen. We stayed for 3 nights in total and left our luggage there for a night while we travelled. Breakfast was fine but could have included more hot vegetarian options.

Great location, fantastic amenities, the smell of the hotel was divine! Rooms were plush and cosy! Breakfast was average, but everything else excellent!

Excellent hotel with great staff and lovely modern rooms

Right on the tram line, super convenient but also quiet. Always seemed to be a line at the front desk - check in or check out - but other than that, wonderful service. Room was decorated in fun, funky way, best decor yet :) Get the room with the kitchen - cute seating area too, very worth it.

I loved everything about this hotel , but if I had to say one thing I wasn’t too happy about. The breakfast was a little boring. Scrambled eggs and bacon were the only two hot foods to eat . And when you don’t eat bacon there’s only scrambled eggs . The staff were great, the location so convenient. The little kitchen area in the room was so handy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We like everything, it was a perfect spot to get around the city, right across the tram station, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We love our stayed and will love to come back

This was a great location! We absolutely loved being so close to public transportation. The hotel was within walking distance to many of the main attractions on the city as well, so that was a bonus! The hotel breakfast was delicious every morning. We would highly recommend this spot!

I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very convent to a tram that stops right outside the hotel as well as a major train station & a couple of food markets very close,as well as a restaurant attached that had a delicious breakfast included with my stay. The bed was very comfortable. It was so convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room. I would definitely stay here again or look to stay in another one of this brand apart hotels in other places I will be traveling to.

Staff were excellent - we arrived quite early in the morning, and whilst we weren't expecting to be able to check in early, we went off exploring and they whatsapp'd us as soon a room was available - much earlier than anticipated, and was quite welcomed after a long flight. The rooms were clean, convenient to the Enge station (only 2 stops from Zurich HB) and the overall stay was great, thanks to the staff.

The hotel is located beer a train and team station. In a walking distance from the center of the city. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Loved the property and staff. My room was large with a nice sized balcony. The problem was that the room was way too hot and the a/c didn’t pump out cold air. I had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in all the street noise.

Hotel is in a great location by the river and downtown!

The staff was great. I was there for business for 7 days that I booked through my company. I then booked another 2 nights through hotels.com. I didn't have to change rooms or keys. All of the billing was correct. If you sleep in late they still clean your room without having to ask. The Internet is extremely fast. The location is perfect. Download the SBB app and every major train and trolley stops at the Enge station literally across the street. My room had an induction stovetop, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and all of the silverware and flatware and cups and glasses you would need. That is great but it's super because there is a grocery store and 2 convenience stores in the train station and the same building as the hotel. The breakfast was great. Fancy coffee and a large selection.
