Nice view . but parking is bad.

Everything was great!! The customer service was and A+

The room was spotless, the staff were very helpful in finding us bus connections to our next destination and activities in area. Breakfast had alot of variety, was served to us with a friendly smile and their cappuccino s were great, I could even have a second. Our room with a ocean view was worth it and the roof top terrace was great. The location is in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distace of both Valpraiso and Vina del Mar if you are a walker or a 4000 peso Uber.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel and staff were very nice and friendly. The o ly thing that bothered us was the guest next to our room who bothered us durin the night by playing music very loud. Even early morning.

Ótimo custo benefício

Super fint hotel. Dejlig morgenmad. Det der trækker hele oplevelsen op er naturligvis den smukke udsigt til havet og ikke mindst den vildt gode service, som vi fik af en de ansatte, Mathias. Han var så behjælpelig lige fra tjek ind til hver gang vi kom til morgenmad og til at tjek ud, hvor han hjalp os godt videre. Desværre er det et utrolig lyt hotel. Lyden var vi ret generet af. Både fra andre værelser men også fra hundene og andre uden for hotellet.

Llegamos y el baño tenía malas condiciones, sin posibilidad de usarlo.- Sin embargo, el personal muy amable no ofreció otra alternativa de cambio de cuarto que afortunadamente había.

Muito bom. Quarto perfeito, mais que expectativa. Atendimento excelente. Café fraco, aliás, algo normal no Chile até aqui. Como no Brasil “não há”.

L’endroit est bien situé, super tranquille à moins de 5 minutes de marche pour se rendre au train… ce qui est très pratique comme moyen de transport pour se rendre à Valparaiso.. Le personnel est super accueillant et disponible. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur le toit offrant une magnifique vue sur le pacifique…
