We had a fabulous stay, thank you!

Spacious unit and the space was well used. Convenient to bus and subway. Good grocery stores nearby. Quiet. Renovated.

The place was safe and clean. Being on the first floor was not good because people would come and go past our place all night it was quite loud . The courtyard also made it loud . I would go back but not stay in the courtyard area at all .

Easy to access, everything was automated. Good sized rooms and well equipped. Good bus connectivity.

Brilliant accommodation within easy walking distance of all the major sites

The communication with the property management is very organized. Although I never personally interacted with anyone, I was still kept informed and felt as if someone were available should I need. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the seal around the shower was leaking water out. Also, the photos made the living room seem larger, but when the sofa bed was open, it was a bit tight to move around. However, I would stay there again.

We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and the fact that we could just come and go to our apartment without any fuss. It was a very relaxing pace to stay and perfect for chillingafter a hard days slog round Vienna.

We had a really great time at this property. It had everything we needed (and more), was located close to public transport station, was very clean and comfortable.

Esta bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de MarielStrase y a 8 cuadras de la Wien West train station Espacioso, tiene lavasecarropas dentro del departamento el check in es muy facil, todo por Whatsapp y con un código de ingreso Cualquier duda es rápidamente informada No avisaron que había que separar lo reciclabe. felizmente nosotros ya lo hacemos asi que la basura la llevamos al area que esta al lado de la entrada.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with modern touches, like a great kitchenette and perfect modern bathroom. The surprise treats and the stocked coffee and tea made it feel very welcoming, too! It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The building also felt very safe. The location is great, near the Mariahilfer Strasse, and also convenient for accessing the U3 (a 5 min walk) and the U4 (a 6-7 min walk) as well as a major bus line running right outside the door. This made getting around Vienna a breeze. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will look for Numa properties when I return and in other cities as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Struttura confortevole e moderna in un bell’edificio antico e ben restaurato. Nonostante si trovi su una strada principale, gli appartamenti sono tranquilli. La zona è centrale, ben collegata e con tanti negozi, caffè e ristoranti dietro l’angolo. Tutto è molto pulito e di ottima qualità. Ho particolarmente apprezzato le capsule del caffè, le bustine di tè, il latte, come anche la carta da cucina, i detersivi per lavastoviglie e lavatrice disponibili nell’appartamento e nel ripostiglio al piano di sotto in caso se ne vogliano altri. La mia unica critica riguarda il fatto che il tutto risulti un po’ sterile - la comunicazione con il personale, benché efficiente nel mio caso, avviene solo tramite messaggi. Anche il cortile interno, dove i giardinetti dei vari appartamenti sono separati da recinzioni di metallo tutte uguali, non è proprio attraente. Ma nel complesso sono rimasta soddisfattissima.

Helt otroligt fräsch och fin lägenhet! Vi tyckte de såg bra ut på bilderna men lägenheten va ännu bättre! Superbra kommunikation med host och allt va bara så bra!

Bellissimo appartamento È una catena, quindi non c’è reception nè contatto umano. Funzionale per il modo di viaggiare che abbiamo oggi, terribile però per la cultura locale, visto che è una spersonalizzazione bella e buona.

Tertemiz, modern bir dekorasyona sahip bir otel. Otelde elestirebilecegim hiçbir şey yok. Yastıklar ve yorgan kaz tüyünden ve çok rahat, yatak da yine öyle çok rahat. Banyo tertemiz. Oda Kasım ayında gayet sıcaktı. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterli. Biz yemek yapmadık ama yemek yaparken mutlaka cam açılması gerekiyormuş, aksi halde duman dedektörü çalışırsa yüksek bir cezası varmış. Online check in ve şifreyle giriş büyük bir kolaylık ve gayet profesyonelce yönetiyorlar. Viyanaya bir daha gelsem yine kalacağım otel burası olur sanırım.
