I cannot say a bad thing aboit this place! The cleanist ever, nicest staff- the food omg! To die for and the hot tub in the room! Fire! Wish i could have stayed a week! Great price.

We stayed in the family suite, only room with air conditioning. The room was super clean, i was very impressed how clean it was. I normally get grossed out easily and I'm very picky so i had to go in with an open mind and it was only for 1 night, so i was mentally prepared. The room was nice, nothing fancy. Mattress is firm and sits on a concrete platform. To my surprise i slept great! And the room was spotless!! Very very clean, no bugs, no weird smell, the bath room was is great shape, literally didn't find anything broken. The bathroom tiles were so clean no grim or dirty grout. I was so surprised how clean the room was. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff very pleasant. The restaurant next door is amazing with very good food and service. I'd only add a fan to the rooms but other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

The entire Hotel and restaurant is amazingly clean!!! Everything at this place is decorated beautiful, the hospitality has been outstanding and I am beyond impressed on everything. The food at the restaurant is outstanding! They made minor accommodations to them that meant everything for me and my partner, we are beyond thankful.

There was no way to turn off the lights, so we can not rest

The employees were all very kind and helpful. The location is very nice if you plan to visit the pyramids, it take aprox. 10 minutes by car. The room was clean and all the basic products (towels, shampoo, soap, etc.) were available when we arrived. The only disappointment was the shower, that was only warm after some minutes and did not get really hot again until we left the hotel. A "cold" shower in a cold morning was not pleasant.
