El hotel está ubicado cerca de todo. Super limpio y muy tranquilo y el personal muy amable. El cuarto y la cama muy cómodos. Desayuno variado.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE FRONT DESK. NEEDS A LITTLE UPDATE ON THE RESTROOMS AND A BETTER CLEANLINESS BUT ITS A GREAT HOTEL.

Staff are very nice and helpful , I liked Paula. She always was answering my concerns kindly. Location is not convenient to access and there is big trashes and homeless people in front of hotel.

The service epitomized professionalism. Luisa Fernanda was cordial and hospitable. The hotel staff allowed me to park my motorcycle within the vicinity.

Muy agradable tanto el lugar como el servicio. La primera habitación que nos dieron, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero luego Luisa, la chica de recepción, quien siempre se mostró muy atenta, fue por nosotros y nos cambió de habitación. En general, muy buena experiencia por el precio.

A perfect stay in the heart of Poblado! We had an amazing experience at Somos Flats Central Poblado! The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The apartment was modern, super clean, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always just a message away whenever we had questions or needed tips about the area. The building felt safe and secure, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We especially loved how close it was to cafes, restaurants, and shops—everything was walkable! Whether you're in Medellín for business or vacation, this place is a gem. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome hotel, if you're thinking about booking here, go ahead you won't regret it. When I stayed the water was not hot enough to shower comfortably. I took cold/luke warm showers for a week. My main issue was just cleanliness and housekeeping. They don't wipe down counters and there was a layer of dust on and around the microwave. They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper in the room and when I ran out, it was not replaced. They surely would have brought it if I asked, but that's not 4 star level in my opinion, I just bought on from the store nextdoor. They do not sweep thoroughly, the same dead bug was near the bathroom door my entire stay. One morning at breakfast, one of the "clean" plates still had egg on it from the previous person. One day housekeeping skipped my room even though I had the sign out, I messaged the front desk and they came. These are all small things but when they are all together, it shows a pattern of not caring about cleanliness. All that being said, I still enjoyed my stay and would book again. The staff is lovely and charming. The location is awesome.

Location and surrenders areas terrible. Felt insecure. Room bathroom for didn’t close, no hot water, too much noise. I won’t recommend it. Staff was ok. Expedia customer service terrible due to communication. I’m couldn’t get in touch with a real agent just machines. Bad experience.
