The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels).

Wunderschöne Zimmer und im Hotel das schöne Wellness Angebot Schwimmbad und Fitness ist Hervorragend. Den Besonderen Eindruck hat bei mir der Park mit dem See hinterlassen das ich beschlossen habe dieses Hotel Als Hochzeit Ort für meine Tochter zu buchen,

Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, bei dem keine Möglichkeit bestand, das grell beleuchtete Hinweisschild“ Fluchtausgang“, auszuschalten, sodass kein Schlaf möglich war. Das Zimmer wirklich hell erleuchtet!!!Nach ärgerlichem Anruf bei der Rezeption gab es die Auskunft, dass dies in Österreich Pflicht ist und dass alle Zimmer derart ausgestattet sind. Am folgenden Tag wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, … ohne diese Notfallbeleuchtung, diese Option gab es ja die Nacht zuvor gar nicht…..dieses Zimmer wies eine Zimmertemperatur von zuerst 27 Grad auf, das konnte noch auf 23 Grad runtergeregelt werden, … alles in allem 2 Nächte ohne Schlaf!!! Beim Ausschecken wurde auf eine Entschuldigung verzichtet! Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!‘
