Buen hotel pero al lado de el hotel tienen una barra de bebidas que está hasta tarde con la música muy alta

That day we arrived my room was not ready, my guest room wouldn’t lock. I my requested bottle of wine came without glasses and opener, their AC is noisy. The second day they didn’t clean the room because we didn’t remind them, and much more

Have problem whit noisy rooms because have a club next to the hotel problem whit noisy rooms

I don't wish to be reminded about the room

They don’t show it to clean up my room Thursday and Friday , no soap, no conditioner, no change towers, etc , etc but excellent attention and good service and good breakfast 🍳, thanks 🙏 ✌️👍😌😍

Muy buena ubicación cerca de principales lugares turisticos. Tuvimos algunos issues con parte del equipo de recepción respecto a la atención ya que uno de los recepcionistas no nos permitía el servicio de aseo a la habitación y cuando pasabamos por la llave de la habitación nos reclamaba por hacer uso. Lástima esa parte de la atención ya que una de las receptionistas confirmó que el aseo era diario pero el no nos dejaba usar el servicio.

The room is uncomfortable, dont have phone for comunicate to front desk, the hotel dont have elevator and you have to take stairs to ask or request something. The shower cabin drain is suoer slow. Dont have anything to hanging the closets. The first day dont have any soap or shampoo Never cleaned the room nither change tje towells in 3 days. The breakfast is disgusting.The room 140 sq ft that I got was to small and dont have ventilation, have an small exhaust fan working in reverse jjjj, dont have AC , I never saw this specification when I got the reservation. I think that isn't room May be it was a janitor utility closet and adapt it to a "Rom"

I was under the impression that this was a hotel when I initially booked it. I was wrong. This property is more like a hostel. An extremely low budget hostel. Definitely not worth the price (41 dollars a night for the cheapest room). There was no hot water in the shower or sink so I had to take cold showers. There was a weird smell that came from the bathroom one morning. I brought it up to the front desk receptionist, nothing was ever done about it. I did not get any sleep while I was staying at this property. From the traffic outside to the nightclub next door that would blast music every night until 5/6am. There is absolutely no way that you will get any rest at this place. Furthermore, the front desk receptionist did not tell me what time breakfast was when I checked in. The next morning I went downstairs at 8:20am to have breakfast thinking breakfast ended at 9am. I was informed by her that breakfast was until 8:30am and that I would not be getting anything for the day. The next morning, I woke up super early for breakfast. While I was eating, I noticed other guests would come downstairs for breakfast at 9am (past the time for breakfast) and they would be served. I brought it up to one of the other English speaking guest and he said, "looks like there is different rules for different people". Spanish speaking guests are given first priority instead of non Spanish speaking guests. Extremely unprofessional. I will not return.

I stayed for 1 night and let’s start with the positives; great location, near shops, stores, bars and great restaurants. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind. It’s also very inexpensive, I thought it a great bargain, at first. The in room shower was great, with plenty of hot water. BUT: I was assigned a room with no windows and no a/c, it was a bit stuffy although there was a fan. There was no place to put clothes, no wardrobe, no shelves, no luggage rack, no desk, nada. I put my things on the floor. The noise was a huge problem, there is a dance club next door and loud music and base played until 3:00 AM. It was difficult to sleep.

No deberia de estar en expidia. Hice check in y sali 2 horas despues a otro hotel. Mucho ruido alrededor. La habitación totalmente sucia y muy pequeña el bano tenia un olor desagradable. Las toallas sucias y manchadas
