Room nasty staff -0. No hot water. I got pictures .i only spend a night

The place had cockroaches! The bed was hard, I could barely sleep. It is more of a motel than a hotel; disgusting area, full of drug addicts. The elevator doesnt work and makes a lof of noise. The staff of the hotel, did not care about anything.

The beds were dirty, the soap was used and the area was scary.

Property was dirty. Trash in halls, trash in elevatoe, random half used bars of soap on ground. Multiple cab drivers waenwd me the area was very unsafe and not to leave the hotel at night. The wifi didnt work. There were no three prong outlets. Staff was somewhat nice but not able to fix anything that was broken and did not try and solve any of my issues. Total nightmare.

To many mosquitoes and no paper toilet

The property is in an area known as the "5 thieves." The hotel charged me for the reservation MORE THAN 2 FULL MONTHS LATER, with an international to boot. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible overall, don not stay there!

I could knot stay with all the roches in that where crawling around the room and also out in and around the hotel wish I could of gotten a refund for the 12 days I paid extra that I didn’t use.

Hotel was purchased for a friend - never could get it confirmed- had to pay cash.

Llegamos al Hotel y no había reservación, que porque no estaba pagado. Nos cobraron en el Hotel el total de lo que nos cobraría la aplicación. Solo espero que no me lo vayan a cobrar. Ya lo reporte al banco. Es la segunda vez que lo hacen, espero y me Contesten.

Estuvo sercas de dónde tenía que ir

Una mejor limpieza baños y cuarto en general y fumigar revisar o cambiar lamParas y contactos

Habitación en mal estado (humedad, fuga, regadera, ) Almohadas incómodas, toallas, mal olor (drenaje), espejos en baño, ganchos, entre otros.

Habitación limpia, el baño de la regadera sin cortina lo que ocasiono se regara mucha agua que podía ocasionar un accidente.
