My son stayed for a night traveling for study abroad program and loved it! Will probably stay again for the return flight as well!

This was a beautiful hotel, the hot baths were amazing and a very good breakfast.

Nice hotel, interesting area with lots of amenities nearby. About 25 minutes walk from the JR station. Close to the bar and restaurant district. Not much English spoken by staff.

Bus stop in front of hotel and often, so it is convenient and good location, safe, clean and totally new hotel. Well service with English speaking, communal bath for both men, women side. Free breakfast, fresh coffee 24h . It is one of the best in terms of money and staying.

Neat and clean. Coworking space and trendy beer bar are located just around the corner.

The hotel isn’t near the train station. You can either take a taxi or walk 15-20 minutes. The best thing is that it’s a brand new hotel. They provided shampoo, conditioner, separate body and hand soap.

A new hotel with new amenities. Offers good coffee to the guests.

Located in the Kawabata area, the old "Hanamach", it has a charming riverside setting. There is a large bath where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

夜に食べるラーメン、美味しかったです。飲んできた後のラーメンは最高❗️量も丁度良く味も最高でした🍀

２度目の利用。秋田駅からは距離があるが「ぐるる」という市内循環バスを使うと便利。川反も近く秋田を堪能できる割に、新しくキレイで親切なホテル。

朝食で出た鶏肉料理が美味しかった。

フロントでの説明が少なくテレビを見るのにも当初、苦労します。部屋に資料もなく結局、フロントに聞くしかありません。また、コンビニも少し遠く、飲食店もないので車がないと何もできないかと思います。

今回連泊でしたが、朝食にもっとバリエーションがあれば尚良かった。でも全体的に満足でした。特に清潔感が良い！

フロントマンの声が小さく、説明が聞き取れない部分があった。
