We felt as though the property over-promised but under-delivered? Yes, it has a lot of amenities like a sauna and pool, but if you're travelling to Cusco for sightseeing you will likely never use those. Furthermore, housekeeping was a little lax, and while the place was clean, there were definitely cracks here and there. Also, we had a jacuzzi in our room, but as soon as we turned it out, the water smelled so foul that we decided not to use it. Not a bad place to stay but probably wouldn't recommend either.

Book the stay!! This was the best stay I’ve ever had! From the massages ($25 usd or 90 soles) to AMAZING food, to the inside pool, the sauna, to the staff, everything was flawless!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had heating. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub was not working properly. Area was clean and seemed safe.

I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.

Overall, the experience wasn’t great. There was no shower curtain, no exhaust fan, and the AC/heater didn’t work consistently. The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls were thin, and the overall vibe of the place felt off. Honestly spend the extra funds on a better hotel and somewhere closer to the historic area.

The hotel went out of their way to celebrate our honeymoon with a special treat. The hotel doesn’t have much around to do in the immediate area. The towels were very old and could be updated.

Location is far from the historic district and closer to airport. If you’re looking to be closer to restaurants and shops, then this is not the place. We booked this hotel since we were looking for a spa, but you can find multiple spa services in the downtown area

Great staff, we really appreciated the saunas and hot tub at the end of the day.

Old smelly property in a noisy neighborhood. This in itself would not be a problem, but the soundproofing in the rooms is simply non-existent, so bring earplugs. We had to ask twice for the towels in the room to be changed, and they were old, smelling of bleach and stained. The stuff didn't show any willingness to cooperate. Definitely not the best service

It is a nice hotel very noisy! Above the cleaning personan they make alto of noise and also it sound like they we’re using a dril. I didnt get the room i book i was sick and the days i was there it was noise

Close to the bus Station. Front desk open 24hrs for Late check in. Great spot near the airport

Very friendly staff they were available to answer questions about tour options in the area. Very well located hotel you will be welcomed by the staff there.

Great experience

Hotel Paradis is good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable and quite nice, and the staff provided excellent service. The facilities were not great which was fine with us because we didn’t spend much time in the hotel (eg the bar and restaurant did not provide good options so we only used these once). The location is not central, however it’s a 10-15 minute and very very cheap Uber to get to the main part of the city.

Unfortunately this hotel did not impress. The room itself was nice and tidy but the bathroom was full of mould, grout missing, messy finishes. The pool, sauna etc are only open from 5pm to 10pm. The “hot” pool was warm at best and there was no one at the bar to get drinks. Breakfast was extremely simple and disappointing. Sauna was good and staff were friendly and helpful which gives it the 3 stars. I wouldn’t go back though, after the exchange rate, I could have got a lot nicer hotel than here. It’s far from the centre square but it’s very cheap to get an uber.

The room very simple and staff was nice. Very different what they showed in the pictures but overall was safe and clean.

It’s a great hotel but not convenient if you want to be more on historic center of Cosco and don’t want to keep taking taxis.
