Fabulous hotel,arrived late but still met with pleasurable sataff

Nice and quiet place. Restaurant provides gluten free options, that was really nice and convenient.

Lovely hotel - nice staff, beautiful location with great pool and spa facilities - only small niggle was the VERY loud air-conditioning which didnt go below 21c... on a day that was 32c!

We only stayd for one night - business trip - so we didn't see any surroundings or used the swimmingpool/spa etc - but the rooms were really nice and clean - dinner was very fine quality - breakfast too - only the coffee-machine could need an upgrade :)

Chef and waitress couldn’t do enough we arrived late but they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome thank you!

Our companions room did not lock. Second room a/c did not properly work. Our rom was fine, though. The restaurant food was good, but small portions -stay away from the nightly buffet - only so-so food (no bread!), but price is good.

Waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort. Zimmer waren sauber. Essen und Service im Restaurant waren hervorragend

Maximální spokojenost. Perfektní snídaně, personál, místo i prostředí. Ideální jako výchozí bod pro návštěvu Energylandie, Osvětimi, parku Ogrodek a dalších aktivit v okolí.

Udany pobyt. Wygodniej byłoby jednak z działającym TV.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na szybki wyjazd. Co ważne, wszystkie udogodnienia (nie licząc sauny parowej) są dostępne, co nie jest takie oczywiste w dzisiejszych czasach.

Super hotel. Czysto i smacznie

Polecam duży bardzo ładny obiekt. Strefa relaksu tez super choć pracowała tylko jedna sauna i szlafrok był już po przejściach. Poza tym idealnie.

Das Hotel war absolut sauber. Das Personal super nett. Im Restaurant alles junge Leute, keiner sprach Englisch. Das gleiche beim Frühstück. Tresor ging am Folgetag nicht auf. Der Hausmeister sagte, dass das öfter passieren würde. Gutes und teures Essen, also angemessen an der Qualität. Unser Steaks leider alles andere als Medium - Sehr Schade. Kellnerin, da sie kein englisch spricht, Berührungsangst, kam nicht wieder, fragte nicht wieder nach Getränken oder dem Service, schenke keinen Wein nach und wollte keinen Kontakt mit Ihren wenigen Gästen. Ebenfalls Schade.
