A great short visit. Location is excellent for train station and all tourist sites. Fantastic breakfast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and speak great English. Only too pleased to help.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in the whole Europe, amazing people, rooms are modern, great gym and great ballroom club and bowling alley. The food was amazing the service was outstanding. I will definitely comeback. Very happy at stayed at this hotel.

The hotel is situated on the top floor of a shopping mall. The room was spacious and comfortable. It has a little balcony more catered for smokers rather than having a view. Breakfast is very good. Only soap available, no shampoo. Car parking included but spaces are limited and is right next to the petrol station. It is within walking distance to Malbork castle.

Excellent location, room amenities and staff. Total gem of a hotel.

Had a nice room with a patio, with a view of Malbork Castle alas although a table & chair were provided it wasn’t actually possible for two people to sit outside Breakfast was buffet style & plenty of choice It is available until 10am on Saturday, but they are extremely accommodating, we arrived back after parkrun and were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was still available

Great location, good breakfast and good sized family rooms. Parking at 20 PLN (seems high though) and AC remote not working were the only negatives

Nothing special, very friend reception with great suggestions for places to eat at. Room had some stained carpet but bed and bathroom was clean. The motion lights throughout the place kept turning off.

The location was great! Close to the castle and the shops downtown. It is a hidden jewel, tucked away and kind of hard to find. The outside is subdued and kind of nondescript. The inside is modern, clean and quite nice.

Hotel Centrum Malbork is a basic hotel (think Motel 6 in the US). The location is convenient to the castle and the breakfast is really good. Room is small and dark but comfortable.

Hotel is modern and convenient to train and castle. Quality of breakfast was only fair in terms of quality of offerings (fatty ham and some canned fruit) and cleanliness of plates, utensils and room. Room needed some maintenance (unattached toilet seat.)

While I do believe this is likely one of the best hotels in Malbork, we were NOT happy to learn within 2 minutes of arrival that our room would be 30% more expensive because we had requested a small bed for our 5-year-old. A bed that we had requested weeks prior to our arrival. It was extremely unprofessional and tainted our whole experience at this hotel.

This was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located in the rebuilt old town, next to a shopping galleria, which has a good value café and bakery. The castle is within easy walking distance, as are restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel has an excellent dining room, with good value dinners (check closing time) and more than adequate breakfast. Staff were brilliant, answering our many tourist questions. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only (small) downside was the noise from the basement and departing crowd on Saturday nights. It is about 400k or short taxi ride from the train station. A very worthwhile stay.

Hotel is on top of new shopping center in Malbork, within walking distance of the huge and impressive Malbork castle (don't miss, plan a day, I want to go back to see a battle reenactment!) and a few minutes walk to the railway station (worth seeing even if you are not taking a train). It's a very good place to stay if you are visiting the castle, or touring the area--a day trip to Gdansk by train, for example. There was no kettle or coffee-making kit in the room (though there was a minibar), but the hotel staff kindly provided them when we asked. Breakfast is bountiful, room is clean, shower is hot and the wi-fi works :-)

Very clean, good food, very nice room. We had a car and there were places to park it. Staff friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
