Staff were very helpful. Changed our room from over the banquet hall which would have been noisy. We missed breakfast due to a time misunderstanding (language issue) and the desk man arranged a special meal.

Staff very nice and polite and that where it stops. Arrived early evening checked in quick freshen up in the room, down to the bar to order food. Just ordered and a coach pulled up outside the door, about 40 teenages got off, came into the hotel as they were staying. Ordered the ribs which were just warmed through with a Luke warm BBQ sauce on top. French fries were hot, ribs pritty cold. I ate half as it was the only thing I had eaten all day, had 2 beers with it. Went to my room had a shower that leaked water over the floor and went to bed. Had teen-agers running up and down shouting for an hour which was ok by me. By 11 all was quiet. 1 o'clock stomach was going mad jumped up had diorea, 15 mins on loo. Went back to sleep. 3 am the same again but nearly fell off the loo, it was lucky the wash basin was right in my face so I could grab it and steady myself. Great bathroom if it's coming out both ends if you know what I mean😄. As I'm writing this it sounds almost like a comedy. It's now 0340 tummy is rumbling again so hope all will be ok. Let's see what breakfast is like.

Staff was excellent and breakfast exceptional. Beds and pillows not too comfortable and a barking dog at night that kept us up, even with ear plugs. The hotel is right next to a residential area.

The hotel is located far from the city center, and if you plan on staying here, my guess is you like the price. Well, there is a reason - the hotel is terrible. Our group had 4 rooms: two rooms had spiders in them; one room had dirty walls (?!?!); two rooms had shower doors broken and not closing fully, flooding the bathroom; one room had a missing flush button cover for the toilet; all 4 rooms had smelly carpets; the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was tolerable, although coffee was pretty bad. The sauna itself is great, but it's not included in the room price and costs an additional 30 ZL. Also, the floor in front of the sauna room has not been cleaned there for a long time (days, if not weeks!); the steam room was out of order; the jacuzzi takes 6 hrs to prepare, so you would need to inform the reception well in advance. We stayed in this hotel on our way to the south of Poland, and had it also reserved for our return. Having experienced the hotel the first time, we did not want to stay there again, but unfortunately our reservation was non-refundable. The Hotels.com support team often manages to negotiate with hotels on such matters, however, this hotel declined our request to refund the reservation, so we had to stay one more night there. 2 out of 4 receptionists were a bit rude (something everyone in our group commented on later) and have much to learn in customer service. The other two were great. Overall, stay away from this place!

I stayed longer than anticipated, but overall, the hotel is a pretty decent. Avoid room 125 (I might have already mentioned this in another review). Also, ask if there is a wedding before booking a room, because apparently they can celebrate until morning. This weekend they stopped at 4:30 a.m. If you do decide to stay here during an event like that, make sure you are at least on the 2nd floor in the other end of the building (I think there are A and B sections). I discovered a small convenience store across the street. Additionally, I discovered a wonderful Indian restaurant. The people are very kind and speak English. Everything I ate there was delicious. The food in the hotel is decent. Stay away from the ribs. They are overpriced and were not good. Some were even cold in the middle. The dishes that I recommend are the Tagliatelle, the fried chicken wings and the Stroganoff. The Chicken Broth soup does not have any flavor. It is broth with very thin, small slices of noodles and no chicken or vegetables. I did not try the other soups. The breakfast buffet is good. As for the location, it is close to a bus line, but there isn't anything close by as far as shopping malls or cinemas. You have to cross the street to get the buses that go downtown. I made this mistake, once. Of course you can call Uber, but you will pay at least 26 zloty one way to downtown; bus tickets are 4zloty and you can buy them on the bus.

Based on pictures hotel looked "nice". When arriving we realized that is next to 4 lane road which has a lot of traffic 24/7. This would not be problem if the windows in the hotel would have some noise damming qualities. With some rooms having no AC this was bad combination. Hotel staff would need to improve on service. You could get answer "Morning" after greeting them. It would also be nice if hotel would acquire sheets that would be long enough to cover the whole bed.

Second time in same hotel, even in same room. Nothing has been changed for last year - room small, but comfortable and clean. Stuff was very friendly. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking. For use I will choose this hotel next time.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was a bit lacklustre and coffee machine on the blink, so only one in three guests got it to work! Staff are friendly and helpful and allowed us early access to the room. Also very convenient for parking and access to public transport however quite far out of town and not a lot in the neighbourhood other than a shopping mall.

Was staying in August 2016 in single room. Clean and tidy room with nice furniture. Great service, free parking and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included. Please note that single room are really small but cozy. Bed is also relatively small. If you are above the avarege consider to take standart or double room.

Good option for your overnight stay if you are crossing Poland and need accommodation near Warsaw. The location is convenient, do not need to waste time to get into city center and not on the noisy highway. Good breakfast, large rooms, clean and quiet.

Lovely place. Like a royal palace with balconies, oudoor seating areas and lovely garden. My only issue was when the hotel got busy the one visible staff member was completely overworked and told me mesls were finished well before the advertised times. Lucky there is a 24 hour petrol station not far away that does some decent food.
