Bathroom is very small and tight. Bed is okay .TV not working at all

Good location. Front desk worker was rude and unhelpful on arrival. Room was very dusty and bed was uncomfortable . Wifi only works in lobby . Located on very noisy street.

You have to turn your key in when you leave the property, even just to leave for dinner and come right back. Wifi signal only works in the common area.

It was just n city centre, close to everywhere

It was nice. Exactly what i expected to have.

Check in was bad. A temporary person was at the reception desk and we waited for about 15 minutes, then went down the street to a sister property to eventually check in. Washrooom space was too limited. Internet was not great. No service in the group room.

Very expensive for what it offers, however, Dublin accommodations are in general super expensive. Staff is helpful and there's a room where you could leave your luggage until check-in time. A bit too noisy due to proximity of DART railway tracks. Centrally located with easy access to Busaras (long-distance buses), streetcar, local buses and DART train. Also a short walk from Temple Bar, museums and churches across Liffey River. Talbot St is nearby, with several grocery stores, gift stores and just about any other business one could think of.

Kindness of the people in charge, hostel very closed to downtown

The light in the bathroom was flashing the entire time. We had to shower in the dark. Told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it.

Good location, close to public transportation, attractions, restaurants. Because of the date I paid a lot of money for a private room with bathroom, room was clean and spacious; however, no shower gel/shampoo was provided.

There was a lovely lady at the desk, with brown/black hair - never got her name! But she was so lovely and eager to please. The place is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay very much. They also have a held luggage facility which was so useful!

Great location, very easy to walk to everything or close to transport. We had a private room and bathroom, good size room, comfortable and bathroom was fine.

There is only WiFi in common areas, doors slam, bathrooms are dirty, price does not equal value. It’s about 15 min walk to center.

The hostel is really nice, we stayed there for 2 nights in a room with private shower and it was great. They didn't change towels during our stay but when we asked for clean one we got it. The only 2 disadvantages are the wifi-no wifi inside the rooms!! It's written of course but still it's not convenient. And another thing- the windows don't avoid the noise from the outside! The location is great, but because it's in the center of the city it's really noisy. For the price- it's worth it.

Great room and location very clean although a bit noisy. Staff fantastic and helpful.

We had an overall good stay here. The staff were really nice and helpful, the other guests were all pleasant . The only minus was the beds were like rock, no give in them at all. After 2 nights we were aching all over.

Train track right next to hostel, paper thin walls could hear every word being said upstairs/next door, over heard man at reception saying inappropriate things about us (young girls), one toilet cubicle, no keys to access room just a 3 digit code to get in which is probably the same for every room, bugs flying around

Staff is very impolite. Doesn't know how to threat the customer. I politely asked them to check because the lock was not working and they told me that I should get back and try again. I did it and returned to them saying that it still didn't work. They complained and said that it was sad that they had to stop what they were doing to check the lock. I didn't answer to avoid more serious problems. The room is very old and doesn't have too much comfort. The matrices are not comfortable and they don't have a safe place to store valuable stuff. They say you should drop with them at the reception but after the bad first impression I preferred to keep it with me. I will never get back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

Dirty, needs to be repainted as there were cracks and water stains on the walls and ceilings. Very loud at night with the train and people being loud in the courtyard very late. For what we paid I was expecting more.

You need to get a key from the desk in order to use the restroom. To make it worse, in the morning, only one of the bathrooms was working for the entire hostel (3+ floors)
