They changed me and I wasn’t there

The place is good for the price! Breakfast is very good. I went for a weekend of fun with friends for pride celebrations, so when I was back at the hotel I wanted to relax and sleep in, but the noise was too much… like around 7 and 8 was too noisy with sound of the maids dragging stuff in the other rooms, plus you could hear everything from next door… like one day someone with loud music singing along lol plus the noise from outside, so I wouldn’t stay there again, because when I travel I just stay at hotel to rest and relax to keep exploring and enjoying the city!

Overall a reasonable hotel to stay in Samoa.

Convenient place to stay in São Paulo, good gym and nice to have breakfast.

Durante minha estadia neste fim de semana, tive uma experiência geral positiva com o hotel, especialmente em relação ao ambiente e à localização. No entanto, alguns pontos importantes deixaram a desejar no serviço. Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço.

The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂

Menu was good but not much options for vegetarians.

Everything was exactly as pictured, but most importantly, safe. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

For the past two years, I have been staying at this hotel whenever I travel from New York to São Paulo. I always choose it because of its central location. However, during my last visit on February 8th, 2026, I had a terrible experience. I was given a dirty room with no towels and garbage on the floor. I immediately called the front desk, and they sent a housekeeper, but the one who arrived was rude. I asked to speak with a manager immediately. As a paying customer, I don't want to take a long, expensive flight from New York to SP just to be treated poorly. When the manager arrived, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He did, however, upgrade me to a nicer room, which I appreciated. Still, his attitude made me realize that no one at the hotel truly cares about customer satisfaction. There seem to be many new staff members who lack concern for guests. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Clean and breakfast is great!

The room was spacious and well designed. It is a nicely appointed hotel in a convenient location for most of the old city and Avenida Paulista. There are many excellent restaurants within a block or two! Overall we iked the hotel a lot. The breakfast has variety and decent quality. The fruit was always fresh and delicious. The Internet was generally good, but sometimes periodic or unreliable. There was a cockroch running up the drapes when we arrived. Room service was uneven. The worst aspect of this hotel was that the beds and pillows are too hard – we did not sleep well, and had body aches for the six days we were in São Paulo as a result. It is a shame in a property that is otherwise so outstanding.

Hotel with great water pressure, it was clean and the guest service was great, internet was fast and the breakfast had many choices and it was always being quickly replenished.

The staff were good but the hotel?! What makes it fabulous?!

There was no hot water any of the days and the restaurant for breakfast was a mess

Late check-in (2:30am) was possible, friendly front desk staff, spacious room, very large and comfortable bed

When I checked into my room, I found there were no bath towels.
