All the staff at the Sinergi Hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Didit/Didin. At 3 a.m. in the morning, my husband had a fever, and I was driving but didn't know the way. Mr. Didit/Didin helped us drive to the nearest hospital. The female restaurant staff member was also kind and friendly (I forgot to ask her name). She allowed me to bring a fairly complete breakfast to my room because my husband was still feeling unwell.
