Unfortunately our worst hotel experience during our trip. Mattress was in a terrible condition, room windows were facing on a corridor where people were passing by and breakfast consisted i.e. of few meat options cut in a tiny bits, one type of cheese cut into cubes, two types of vegetable... During our stay the reception desk staff wasn't present even during the hours defined by hotel so we could not really inquire about anything. Definitely would not book again despite the great location.

Olivia at the front desk was so sweet and helpful.. the kitchen staff was lovely and the food was very good.. will come back again.

Close to restaurants and town.

Loved the location, the courtyard structure of the building, very comfortable bed, bathroom, and climate control, breakfast. Staff was very helpful getting taxis and managing flight delays and spoke very good English. Be advised, no elevator and reception only present from 8 am to 8 pm. All in all, charming building just around the corner from the Orthodox cathedral.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ship an item we forgot all the way to Brasov, and kept in contact throughout the process. The rooms are decent. If you stay in any "old town" in Romania, don't expect elevators or ultra-modern amenities. It was a great experience

Nearly froze the first night with no heat, and minimal blankets. The building had no elevator. I would not return

Niice very modern renovation of an older (19th century?) building, right off a main boulevard 5 minutes away from just about everything you'd want to see in Cluj. Staff is friendly and helpful, my room was adequate for the price and breakfast was generous and tasty. Only 2 quibbles. 1. skimpy pillow. 2. no way to adjust heat/cooling in room and in the course of 4 days in mid-October, one would have need of both.

Great place to stay in a great location. The breakfast was exceptional! The only downside is the parking situation but that was expected as the hotel is in a busy city center area.

Palace Boulevard is a wonderful little destination right off the beating path close to shopping and the town Square really nice breakfast… Wonderful staff… Good clean rooms… Very enjoyable

Great staff; the single room was small but comfy. very clean.

Very well situated close to the city center. The staff were helpful and the rooms have everything one needs. The breakfast was ok and also the variety of food. The only thing that I disliked was the color of the walls: dark grey. Very uninspired as the rooms seem even darker (not much light anyway). Also, there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

We liked our stay at this hotel. Easy self check in and nice room. We noticed a very strong perfume smell in the corridor. The room was very warm when we arrived but we managed to get the temperature down with the help of the AC.

Fint hotell. Billig, og godt plassert. Frokosten var også god. Broren min og jeg hadde en suite, og hadde det fint med hvert vårt rom og hvert vårt bad. Noen ting hang litt på skeiva, men pytt.
