Beautifully renovated hotel right opposite the beach. My daughter and I really loved our stay. Gorgeous spacious room, king bed was so comfortable. All the staff friendly and helpful. Live music, great atmosphere, beer on tap perfect and screens to watch the footy. Dinner in the Dining room and had the best Scotch Fillet. Definitely go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and we loved this beautifully renovated property. The room and ensuite were large and definitely had that well preserved classic charm of a historic property.

Micky was amazing with checking us in and showing to our room and all its features. Such a beautiful place to stay with fabulous bathroom toiletries and comfortable bed and gorgeous clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

A well-maintained classic Australian hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bistro has a mussels special on Mondays.

Don’t be put off by the 3 star rating- this hotel has been fantastically renovated to a very high standard. The atrium room was spacious and the bathroom was luxury plus! Will be back.

Lovely stay at the Grand Bay rooms with the family! Very convenient walking distance from the pier and we enjoyed all the activities we had planned in Portarlington!
