The bathroom amenities are lacking. No conditioner, no body lotion, tiny bottle of awful shampoo.

Nice hotel to stop for the night when traveling through the Netherlands. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.

The staff was excellent, very helpful ( especially Iris and Dino Location is wonderful, very pretty! But the room lighting needs some upgrading; very low light. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.😊

Did not care for the decor but comfort of room was excellent. On the second day breakfast was poor since they had run out of eggs, bacon etc.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The soaking tub was to die for. The buffet breakfast has so many choices and everything Delicious. The staff could not have been more accommodating.

Very good hotel & restaurant only the first evening meal I think we had a trainee serving our table, he had difficulties understanding the food we wanted.

the room was big, clean and really nice so was the bathroom. I eat dinner - was superb and so the breakfast. i definitely will go again

Van der Volk is a good choice of hotel chain. They have lots of new and refurbished hotels. I like them as each one seems different from the next. This hotel was well placed next to the highway. Checkin was very good and the room was comfortable and very large. Wifi is fast. I didn't eat there so I cannot comment on that. All in all a very good value for money hotel

Hotel is beautifully located on the outskirts of Harderwijk. I've stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. Funky decorations throughout the hotel. Dining room is great with excellent food.

Modern and well appointed hotel on outskirts of town. Plenty of parking and lovely large room but not well lit. Would stay again and recommend to others Michael

Extremely small room for the money. Hotel is only 15 years old but rooms feel as if they are 50 years old. The grounds are beautiful though.

Child is not included in the rate even if it say so I paid for 2 Adult + 1 Child but in the hotel they asked me to pay additionally for the kid This cost me 50Euro for 2 night

nice clean oversized room and AMAZING bathroom! Bathroom had separate rain shower stall with separate hose....., and an OVERSIZED bathtub where the two of us easily had left over space! Will absolute come back to this hotel!

Lovely impressive looking hotel with large spacious rooms and super large modern bathroom! The breakfast was amazing with chefs cooking up your eggs to order and luxurious tables looking out at the gardens. The only drawbacks were the stairs in front of hotel made it difficult for rolling up large suitcases, the beds were not as comfortable as they looked and the bathroom had an unfortunate slight sewage smell when it was used. But besides all this I recommend this hotel and would return !

This hotel illustrates the difference between 3 star and 4 star. Staff are intuitive to your needs, while being friendly and professional. Location is excellent on a main thoroughfare. Hotel has excellent food, is very clean with excellent amenities. Be sure to visit the old town on the water on Smeesportstrasse. It is a gem of shopping, old architecture and places to eat.
