Location is 10 mins car ride from Kuching Waterfront. Not much to explore around the hotel. The hotel seems to attract mostly locals and Malaysian visitors. Hardly any foreigners (except me & my travel companion) judging by the breakfast guests. But breakfast served is good. Room quite spacious but the opaque bathroom glass panel is intrusive. You can actually see shadow movements from outside when someone is in the bathroom. Very voyeuristically uncomfortable. Overall it's value for money for guests who likes quiet surroundings.

The hotel is quite nice. I like the room, is cozy and spacy. Just needs few things for improvement: in the room, there is no face/small tower, no sandal and i booked with note check out time 2pm. No reply from the hotel, i automatically assumed approval to check out at 2pm. But I was called to ask to check out at 12 with reason the hotel is fully booked (which I doubted so). Then I barganed for 1pm. By 12 sharp, the AC in the room was off, by 12.50 the power in the room was off automatically meaning please get out immediately 😃. I think it's not a proper and nice way to do so to a guest... This is the first time I experience a unique check out situation.

The hotel staff service is very good and friendly, the room is very clean, the room is very spacious, the breakfast food is very delicious and varied. It's just a shame that on the day of check out the room we stayed in had a leak from the edge of the deck near the window, it seems like there was seepage because when we stayed it was raining continuously, and we have reported it to the receptionist and it was responded to well. for another time I want to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is aesthetic... very modern type... everything is good... it's just a shame there's no rice for breakfast 🙏🏻

Overall. It was a pleasure to stay here. The place is comfortable. The only downside is that the bathroom takes a little while for the water to stagnate. So it always feels wet.

Clean and easy check-in service. Before time we were allowed into the room.

The check in process is smooth and staff really helpful and friendly. Everything about this hotel is really good.

All was perfect except the toilet part. The toilet has a foul smell which is very uncomfortable when you are using the toilet. When we arrived, the toilet is already wet and not clean enough. The toilet bowl is dirty, the floor also dirty like has not been brushed clean. For the shower section, the water is not running down the drain and it is halfly clogged. We called the service and they immediately clean back the toilet but still the clogged was unfixed and the foul smell is still there. Overall, the bedroom and all is okay to stay.
