Breakfast buffet was supposed to run until 11 am, closed at 10:30. Towels were not without blemish, but was charged extra for dirty towels. charged extra for having breakfast brought up to suite. they had an event going on and lots of noise. be caeful on weekends, and just be ready to pay extra.

The staff were absolutely excellent. Great breakfast - get the extra hot dish they will offer you at the table! Food at the hotel is all wonderful.

The pool area rather disappointing it’s was not as nice as pictured, no umbrellas no shade, and the floor around was super slippery I think they did a wrong treatment (polished) almost every kids slipped while I was there and I almost did too by just walking coming out from the pool so dangerous. It’s a very noisy and busy hotel. breakfast is limited. It won’t be my first choice next time.

I liked all the staff like Marisol, Marco at the front counter. The cleaning staff and Michel at the restaurant

Our stay was fine, the hotel is older and could use some updating, but the staff was super friendly and very attentive.

A nice hotel with a very nice pool and bar. The complimentary buffet breakfast served each morning in the restaurant was comprised of scrambled eggs, ham, cheeses, bread, jam, coffee, tea, and a selection of fruit juices. Service at the front desk and throughout the hotel was excellect! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Where do I begin ? I had booked to rooms, for myself and business partners on the SAME RESERVATION. When we arrived we were told the "the two rooms each had a different price". I said No, they were both booked identical on the Same Reservation. Lucky I had my Hotels.Com reservation copy with me. Showed it to the young man at reception, he agreed that it must have been a mistake by whomever wrote the reservation down, situation resolved. Rooms facing main street outside, in both rooms the noise was TERRIBLE. No blackout curtain in my room and lots of light came in. Because of the bus station across the street, casino in the hotel, and the CONTINUOUS horn beeping on the street was unbearable. Only time able to sleep was from 2:00am to about 4:30am, no more than 10 hours of sleep total over a 3 night stay. Hotel needs maintenance in many respects especially the elevator. Maids do not leave proper number of towels, toilet paper, etc. Also when my associate and I checked in, BOTH rooms had the safe in the room locked, also no instructions on use in either room ? Worst, safe's were NOT Attached to the wall, anyone could pick it up and walk away with it. Unless you plan almost no sleep or can manage over consistent noise, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !
