Beautiful area with so many fun things to do on the property. The zoo and stables are so much fun.

We spent two nights at Dolina Charlotty not knowing what to expect. It was our second time in Poland but our first outside a major city. We came for a concert, one of two draws for the resort (the other being the zoo). We were literally the only non-Polish people and the only ones without children but they made us feel comfortable and welcome. Although it is largely geared towards families with kids we found enough to keep us busy for two days leading up to our concert. It is a town of it's own, boasting a zoo and an amphitheater, which has a capacity of 12,000, horse back riding, a lake with fishing, paddle boats, and kayaks, nature walks, zip lining, tree houses, camping, a lakeside restaurant/bar, two restaurants in the main hotel, and a bar downstairs called the Rock Pub that includes a bowling alley and ping pong. For indoor fun there is a large pool, hot tub/sauna, and fitness room, as well as a small game room for the little ones, and spa treatments for pampering the parents. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, spanning several tables worth of delicious fresh food. And the concert was great (of course based on the performer, Patti Smith). I don't think we'll be back, only because it is a little bit off the beaten path if you are not a local. But it was well worth the detour. The only downside we found was there is not a single ATM or way to get cash anywhere on the premises.

Everything was perfect except few things: there was no AC, no safes and no minibar :(

Hotel was very comfortable and the staff made you feel welcome and answered all questions that were asked. The breakfast was excellent and only had one evening meal in the hotel which was a buffet and I thought was a little expensive. Great amenities pool and sauna was superb.

Nice rooms and nice staff. However, floors should not be cleaned with a machine around 4 AM

Beautifully situated near a forest and a lake. However the interior climate did not agree with me. The air is bone dry and they spray perfume into the hallways to a level where I felt like if I passed through with my mouth open, I could take a bite of it.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are a bit gloomy with dark heavy furniture, but it is a very pretty building in the snow. There was no cold water in the bathroom, perhaps the cold water pipes are not insulated sufficiently from the heating or the hot water ones.

Tolles Hotel mit direkter Waldlage sehr ruhig perfekt für Erholung. Tolle Küche mit sehr aufmerksamen und immer freundlichen Personal. Sehr schönen Wellnessbereich. Haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.

It was a nice place. Great service and a nice personal that was very helpful. Could take our babygirl to the pool with no problems. Food at the restaurant was very good. We are planning that our next trip in northern Poland we will stay here again.
