No cleaning whatsoever. They just change the towels everyday. That's it. They don't do the bed, nor clean the bathroom.

Charming and very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Centrally located and convenient to sites. However, our room was located up 2 flights of steep narrow stairs. If you are in anyway impaired make sure and ask for an accessible room!

The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. You can't park directly at the hotel but there is an underground garage 5 minutes walk across from the park behind the hotel. They do let you pull up to unload and load luggage for check-in/out and discount the parking garage fee. The Riverside view was spectacular and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again.

Property was a unique structure, built out of an old warehouse. Very nice design, layout and views. Front counter staff was very accommodating and helpful.

in general good stay, although noise from other guests in communal areas was considerable. No notice to be aware of other guests and to take care when arriving back to hotel. No opportunity to secure windows when opened.

An e-mail was sent to me with instructions about how to have access to the reserved room, since the reception was closed after 6 pm. I have followed the instructions, but the key box, which was supposed to free the key to the room, did not work. I have called the night watch who repeated the instructions, without effect, of course, because the problem was with the mechanism of the key box.It was dark, a group of young adults was smoking marihuana in an un-illuminated corner close to the hotel entrance and throwing firework. I was told by the person on the phone that it would take half an hour to help me and check the key box. I said that I was not willing to wait for 30 minutes and that I would look for another hotel, which is what I have done.

the room had heating that didnt work - I was there for a business trip so the reception for the second night - 3 rd day told me that they will fix the problem- then the 4 rd day also nothing happened and the reception could not do anything exept of transfering me to a basement room with a wall view and not bridge view I payed-i dinied and they told me they could give my money back-also nothing happened...if you have anything to ask they dont know anything - the brekfast also is nothing at all....very disapointed I;m visiting 2-3 times a year Nijmegen and it was the worst and most expensive
