Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms

We booked last minute on the recommendation of a friend and SO happy we did. The room was spotless, very modern and comfortable, and it was so quiet. We enjoyed some time at the pool and the breakfast was simple, but nice. Every interaction with a staff member was great. Honestly, excellent stay and could not be happier to support a Québécois business. Highly recommend!

Disappointed! The room service was really bad, requested housekeeping to the room and it was never cleaned in 3 days we stayed at the hotel, no bottle water to offer at the front desk, staff very rude. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off. The desk staff was fine but young. They were friendly.

Overall great location and very comfortable

Le prix de la réservation en ligne n’a pas été celui chargé à l’hôtel, celui-ci fut beaucoup plus élevé en plus de certain supplément comme le stationnement. J’ai trouvé les commodités de la chambre décevante pour le prix.

Very clean

Très bel hôtel, propre, moderne. Chambre superbe. Lit confortable. Seul hic; la sortie du stationnement intérieur! Pente très abrupte où l'on doit arrêter pour mettre un jeton pour faire ouvrir la barrière ; vraiment pas facile avec un véhicule manuel! Et pourtant j'ai plusieurs années d'expérience ! Sinon pour l'hôtel nous avons adoré.
