Lovely rooms, exceptional staff and the best hotel buffet breakfast I can remember having. Would highly recommend

In a quiet location. No restaurant. Good breakfast selection

Having stayed in many German hotels. my wife and I thought the Kronenburg came high on the list. The stylish breakfast was perfect in terms of choice, range and freshness; the general maintenance was of high quality, and while the room we had was 'quirky' in some aspect of style, it was spacious and immaculately clean. Above all, the hotel was distinguished by its caring, friendly and helpful staff who generally took note of all comings and goings. Minor recommendation? A kettle/coffee maker in the room would have been ideal.

Nice breakfast, unreliable wifi (I had to work during my stay), poor TV reception (I wanted to watch the news while I worked). No instructions to ring the bell at the parking entrance, so I was chided at check in. It's a very tight entrance into the garage, so I was focusing on not damaging my rental car and did not note the bell.

What a find, the staff at this hotel are exceptional, little things like opening up the kitchen and coking us a meal even though it was out of their normal hours. They then said sorry for taking a little longer than normal. Its walking distance to the town centre and i would recommende this hotel to anyone

Great clean and modern hotel within walking distance of Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and reasonable walking distance into the city center Friendly staff and quiet My only very minor complaint is there is no hot pot available in the room for tea or coffee. (Felt like I was back in Las Vegas ) :) Other than that I would highly recommend this property . It was extremely easy to find

Great service, the staff is very nice! The location is a bit far away from the city center, the hotel is a bit outdated with old fashion keys, iron room is on the ground floor only

I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The staff were incredible polite, attentive and truly caring — such genuine hospitality is rare to find these days. The breakfast was outstanding: varied, delicious and very interesting with something new to enjoy every day. I highly recommend Kronen Hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart. It’s a place you definitely want to return to !

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I am usually a little skeptical of hotel breakfasts, and as an American, I am unused to the typical German breakfast of meats and cheeses. However, there were a variety of options at breakfast, and I was able to eat very well, even as a vegetarian. The hotel courtyard is the star of this hotel. It was filled with hydrangea flowers and was such a peaceful place. I really enjoyed sitting out here surrounded by flowers with the birds chirping. This hotel made my stay in Stuttgart very enjoyable. If I stayed again, I’d book a larger room. I only wish the room had been cooler! It got very warm in the room despite being cool outside. Opening a windows only helped a little.

The staff were exceptional as was the breakfast. Five stars on both. Our room, while spacious, had a dated decor, uncomfortable bed, and air conditioning that worked sometimes.

Very friendly welcome, great staff and wonderful choice at breakfast. A fifteen-minute stroll from the Main Railway Station in Stuttgart and clean and quiet. Five minutes walk from the main shopping and eating area and ten minutes to the Schloss Platz.
